This is the most charming cabin. It is only a few feet from the Yellowstone River. You won't believe the treats Sherry leaves for you. The cabin is clean and spacious and filled with ammenities. We are so fortunate to have found this jewel. Thanks, Sherry for everything. We had the best time...

Great cabin; great view. Go to sleep listening to the river. Elk and antelope all over the place. Even saw a couple of rabbits! Just a few miles to Gardner and the Roosevelt Arch. Super clean! The muffins and pound cake were a nice yummy touch. Thanks for the super memories!

Highly recommend this cabin. Our family of 4 stayed for 8 nights this summer to see as much of Yellowstone as we could. It was originally overwhelming trying to find a place to stay and to plan our visit and activities. How fortunate that we came across this listing and the owner, Sherry. Sherry provided us with brochures to plan our visit, provided goodies and fresh farm eggs for us to start our visit and fortunately for us, rents out this cabin. The cabin is spacious, modern, comfortable, well stocked and in an ideal natural setting. Close to the North Entrance of the park and close the great little western town of Gardiner. Gardiner has restaurants, activities(rafting, horseback) groceries and all your needs, but not overly crowded. Yes, to get to other areas of the park takes time, but well worth having this cabin as a retreat at the end of the day. Sherry, thanks for treating us like family.

We visited Yellowstone and stayed in this cabin for 7 days. We love the cabin! For the price we paid, it definitely exceeded our expectation. I highly recommened it to our friends. The view is stunning. The rooms are more spacious than they look in the photos. Sherry, the owner prepared a variety of the pastries. They are extremely yummy. In addition, there are all kinds of well selected spices in the kitchen. It's not hard to tell that the owner puts lots of efforts to make sure the guests have a nice stay and enjoy their time in Yellowstone.

We stayed at the cabin for 4 days with our grandchildren and wished we could have stayed longer. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Lots of little extras were included such as assorted teas, spices, and baking ready for us to enjoy on our arrival. The view was amazing and being so close to the river was a treat. If only we had time to go fishing. The cabin is just a short distance to the park where we spent our days exploring. We highly recommend this accommodation and would visit again in a heartbeat.

Ideal cabin, setting and location! This year marked our 3rd consecutive family vacation to Yellowstone and with four kids (9,9,7,5) finding the perfect lodging can be a challenge - but Sherry's beautiful place was perfect! Plenty of room for all six of us, great views, lots of wildlife, close to our favorite parts of the park (Northern Range) and other destinations (Chico Hot Springs). Very clean and lots of little touches that make it a home away from home. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in your home. Thank you for your great hospitality. The touches of homebaked treats, coffee, and cocoa were enjoyed by all. The children especially enjoyed seeing all of the animals that walked across the yard and the night we did s'mores at the fire pit. We had plenty of room for all 5 of us and it was such a comfortable place to end the day after a busy day in Yellowstone. Thanks again,

absolutely perfect! Our family took a 2 week vacation to the Yellowstone area in in July '08 and out of all the places we stayed this one was by far everyone's favorite. Our sons are 9 and 12 and they really enjoyed their own room and running around out by the river. Every morning driving into the park we saw additional wildlife on the ride to the cabin (Pronghorn and Buffalo mostly) which made it a nice drive. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for the stay. We cooked out on the grill each night and ate on the patio every morning and evening. Great views! The other thing that makes this cabin so special is its owner! Sherry was so helpful in planning our trip and made sure we were set. She also left some delicious baked good that we used with our picnic lunches each day in Yellowstone. Great Stay don't hesitate staying here! -Jeff
