Our beautiful Tahoe-style home is located in Highland Woods, a quiet neighborhood near the lake and in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. The entrance to Upper Truckee Meadow, where the Upper Truckee River and Trout Creek converge and flow into Lake Tahoe, is just steps away from our front door. There, guests will find hiking and biking trails, snow shoe and cross country ski trails in winter, spectacular views of Mt. Tallac, and access to Lake Tahoe.
Relax under the stars as you enjoy your private hot tub! Our home is centrally heated and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in three nicely appointed bedrooms; two downstairs, each with a queen bed, one upstairs with two queen beds, plus an upstairs loft with a queen sofa sleeper. It features an interior laundry room with washer and dryer, and two full bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) fully stocked with linens. All bedding, linens, blankets and down comforters are provided for your sleeping comfort, and each bedroom has a chest of drawers and large closet for storage.
The newly remodeled kitchen includes all the conveniences of your own including a dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator freezer. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, blender, and all necessary pots and pans, dishes, glasses, stem-ware and utensils. The living area features a brick fireplace, Cable TV, and plenty of seating for family gatherings. We also have Cable TV upstairs in the loft and in the Master Bedroom.
Nestled among the trees, our backyard features a natural setting with a large deck, private hot tub, barbecue, patio furniture, and conversation area. |
