Come, relax and enjoy the white sand and the great sunsets on the eighth floor (Unit 810 East) of the Sunbird condominiums. On the eighth floor you don’t hear much from the pool area - but you can hear the waves and have a great view of the beach!
This one bedroom Sunbird Waterfront condo with new furniture and appliances is the perfect getaway from your busy life. It sleeps 4 comfortably – if you have small children, our unit will sleep 6 comfortably. Our unit has new appliances in the kitchen and is well maintained. Our unit is nicely decorated. The wall to wall tile allows you to relax and enjoy the condo without worrying about stains. Make yourself at home!
The Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed with a TEMPUR-PEDIC mattress system so you can really rest in comfort. For your viewing pleasure the master bedroom is equipped with a 26" LCD TV, and DVD/VCR player.
The living room has two standard sofa beds, a dinning table with 4 chairs and for entertainment a 37" LCD TV and DVD/VCR Player. Cable TV is also provided. The window covering gives complete privacy to the unit. There is a computer for your use in the living room that is connected to the internet. Wired and wireless internet is available in the condo as well as throughout the complex.
The kitchen is fully stocked with flatware, dishes and cookware. After a quick trip to nearby Wal-Mart (only a block away) you can cook anything you like. Or you can walk next door to Pineapple Willie's and enjoy their world famous ribs...
There are 288 Sunbird condos and each are individually owned. Depending on the owner, the units are in deferent condition. Look at the pictures and compare. Ask a lot of questions. The complex is gated and has a camera surveillance system.
In very short distance guests can enjoy go-karts, miniature golf, deep sea fishing, visit with dolphins or have dinner at famous restaurants like Captain Andersons, Pineaple Wille’s and others. The Sunbird complex is about 10 miles from the Panama City International airport.
Sunbird guests have access to tennis, beach chairs and umbrellas, 3 pools (1 heated) and easily can enjoy a walk on the beach only 50 feet from the main pool!
We don’t rent our condo through any rental programs, we want to know you and we want you to know us. We want you to enjoy your stay so you can come back! After you stayed with us you are part of the family!
A $200 refundable security deposit is required for reservations with cleaning fee of $65.00. The resort charges a $15 resort parking fee per stay.

The Sunbird complex is about 10 miles from the Panama city International airport.

Costas moved to Atlanta in the Seventies from Athens Greece. Costas graduated from GA TECH in the early eighties with a bachelor and Master in Mechanical Engineering and he loves the Yellow Jackets. He settled in Peachtree City in the nineties. Tammy and Costas have two children Angelique and John.
Tammy and Costas are founding members of Saint Christopher Hellenic Orthodox church in Peachtree city. Costas is a past president and member of the Peachtree city Rotary Club. He is also a Shriners and a Mason. Costas publishes the Basharat http://www.Basharat.org an official publication of the Yaarab Shrine, serving over six thousand Shriners in Atlanta and North Georgia.
