The living room is complete with overstuffed Leather sofa and chair,iron and glass cocktail tables, with stain glass lamps and new HD LCD TV. Sliding glass doors open to the wrap around screened lanai. There is also an additional window behind the sofa to take it all in and experience true corner condo panoramic views! For your convenience we have installed HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET IN OUR CONDO. You can enjoy internet service in the privacy of our condo without having to go to the lobby.
The dining room is off the living room with an extra glass window for the corner condo views. You will find an iron glass dining table that will accommodate five people.
Fully equipped remodeled and updated kitchen with all new appliances including washer and dryer, corian solid surfacing counter tops and new cabinets. Full size range and refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, blender and all kitchen utensils.
The Master Bedroom offers a king size bed with ceiling fan, wall mounted TV, walk-in closet and full bathroom. In the Master suite, you will find sliding glass doors that open to the wrap around lanai as well as a sliding glass window for warm tropical breezes and tranquil sounds of the gentle surf. The master bathroom is competely remodeled and updated including new cabinets, stainless steel fixtures and marble counter top.
The Guest Bedroom is a second master suite with TV, two twin beds and a full remodeled and updated bathroom, including new cabinet with granite counter top and stainless steel fixtures.
We also own a private beach front cabana that is directly on the beach just off the pool area.The cabana offers a sitting area, refergerator, pac n play, chairs for the beach.
Dont worry about parking, we offer a private owned covered reserved parking space for you to park your car.

We chose our condo because of the location . Carlos Pointe is located at the south end of the island. Our unit is also a 4th floor corner (end) condo, located at the end of the 4th floor, or the end of the building. The corner units are more private and have the extra windows so very open and airy with tons of sunlight filtering in.

My husband and I grew up on the beaches of Southwest Florida. We could never get the sand out of our shoes, so we keep coming back year after year. As our family grew, we found Fort Myers Beach to be the perfect place to take our kids. Bob and I have also enjoyed many relaxing quiet getaways with just the two of us.
