Five of us met at Stacey's Penthouse for a week of relaxation and fun. The condo was everything we had hoped for and then some. When we opened the door for the first time and saw the view we knew it was going to be a good week! The condo was very clean, the furniture high end and very comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was there for us. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were not dissapointed in any way. Stacey was wonderful to work with. Prior to our arrival she answered all my questions promptly, making us feel very comfortable about renting her condo. We all had a great time!

Beautiful accommodations! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and baking. Bedrooms were spacious with lots of room to unpack. Seating for all in the living room and dining. Only thing missing was a DVD player but we stopped at Radio Shack and picked one up for $30! The beach is quiet and the shelling was great this year. One of my favorite places to vacation.

All I can say is wow! Thank you for sharing your home with us. It is beautiful and the accommodations were more than we expected. We brought out toddler grand daughter and the open floor plan was great for her. Loved the secluded feeling beach, saw lots of playful dolphins and had the most gorgeous weather. I am sure you will be hearing from us again!

We found this penthouse to be very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The pictures though accurate really don't do justice to its beauty. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

I have been renting from Stacey for several years. This was our first time in the Penthouse. It was amazing. So big and roomy, everything was upgraded to perfection, very comfortable sleeping and living spaces. The view is so beautiful!! We are looking forward to taking our family back next year God willing. I would recommend any of Stacey's beach rentals, they are all great, however this one was my favorite! The listing description and pictures were very accurate. There is a trolly that runs every 1/2 hour that stops right outside the condo, it takes you down to the pier where there are many places to eat and lot's of shops to choose from. Our favorite is Smokin Oyster Bar located almost right under the bridge down by the pier.My husband takes a deep sea fishing trip every year. There are several deep sea fishing marina's nearby. There is a mini golf course & beach theater nearby too. Once again I would recommend this rental to anyone who likes luxurious accommodations with beautiful views of the ocean.

Five OTA women recently spent a girls week in Ft Myers and this penthouse was perfect for us!! the kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are super nice! the photos are very accurate. The location of the condo, the pool area and the beach are just what we wanted. I would highly recommend this unit and location as well as working with Stacey was a real treat!

High praise for Carlos Point Penthouse 3

The listing was accurate and described the property very well. The photos captured the appearance and amenities of the property. The condo was exceptionally clean and beautiful, and it was well maintained (actually new!). Carlos Point facility could use a little updating in the recreation room, but it didn't detract from our stay. Stacey was available to answer questions and she even called to remind us of a parade on St. Patrick's Day that could cause traffic problems if we didn't plan ahead. (Very thoughtful.) I loved the "clean-bed" look. It feels fresh and sanitary. Very nice! Condo has wonderful appliances including a handy washer and dryer and quiet refrigerator. The balconies provide lovely places to lounge, read, dine, etc. Decor is tasteful and comfortable. We met several nice people at Carlos Point including owners and renters. We enjoyed seeing the variety of ages around the pool and on the beach; children through grandparent age. The beach was never crowded. (It is a bit of a hike across the sand to the shore of this wide beach so may not be best for elderly or disabled people.) I like being able to walk to shops and restaurants and wasn't able to do so from this location because most shops are restaurants are a little too far. This was a trade-off for being on the quiet end of the island which we enjoyed, and there were several restaurants within a short drive. It was easy to avoid the traffic of spring break by driving off the island on the south end. Traffic was never a problem. My favorite find was Lover's Key State Park. We rented kayaks and saw several manatees. In summary, I highly recommend Carlos Point Penthouse 3 and would love to return.

We had a lovely stay in this spaceous 4 bedroom ocean-view penthouse. It has been updated with luxury items like granite countertops, a big stainless refrigerator, a beautiful master bath w/TV and an ocean view, a large screened in porch with a nice outdoor set perfect for the beautiful sunsets & flat screen TV's in every room. Very comfortable large family room with a large TV great for watching the football playoffs! Master also has a nice screen in lanai for private sunbathing. Only negative was the distance from the condo to the beach--while the condo is rt on the beach, you hv a long walk since the beach is extremely wide at that point. Wonderful shell collecting every morning! We ate delicious mussels & wings at the BEACHED WHALE downtown--go upstairs in the bar for 1/2 off ($5) & $1 beers from 3-6pm & watch the sunset; Charlie's Boathouse has a great salad bar; check out the Happy Hours specials at the TIKI Bar @ the Holiday Inn on the rooftop for beautiful sunsets from 3-6pm--10 for $6 wings & shrimp & drink specials also on Estero Blvd; The Parrot Key Caribean Grill is loud but good seafood. A very happy experience overall & the owners are very prompt, professional and accomodating. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

This rental was so wonderful.The condo was just refurnished, it made the stay even that much better. Its just off the beach in a beautiful setting. We went with two children, they had a highchair and a pack'n play which made the stay so much easier on us. It is definitely a vacation we will be doing again.The owners where great with the communication. A big compliment to Stacey.

This was our second visit in as many years to this property. As was the first last year, this year met and probably topped last year's stay. The weather was better but the accommodations were slightly better than last year although last year had no complaints. Everything was just the best. We like early in the season as rates are lower. Still best bang for your buck anytime. I can't say anything more glowing than I already have. You can't do better than this anywhere on the beach. Skip the high prices and go to Stacy's Condos. You won't be sorry.

The views from the lanai was just breathtaking. There is nothing negative I can say about this penthouse condo. The kitchen was equipped with more things then you would ever need or use. The bed linens looked brand new & very plush & so comfortable.

Our family enjoyed the beautiful furnishings, accomodations, pool, and beach at this penthouse condo. The homey touches of multiple place settings of dishes and great selection of cookware, beach chairs, an the Pac N Play, highchair, and stroller for our 1 1/2 year old grandson were all excellent touches to enhance our stay. We had 7 adults and two small children - everyone fit perfectly, which is hard to find in a beachfront condo with a pool (there are lots of beachfront houses, but not many with a pool). Everything was extremely clean and well kept - you can tell the owners care! We'd stay again for sure!

My wife and I enjoyed a week's stay at the Venitian Pearl condo, and we can honestly say that it was a great time. The condo is very well decorated, extremely clean, great electronics including wi-fi, and a wonderful wrap around lanai. Stacey's corner condo is beautiful! Everything is sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped and brand new. There are tv's in both bedrooms with a extra large flat screen in the living room. It is truely a luxury condo. The corner location has a great view of Big Carlos Pass and the Gulf. You could pay the same price for a very mediocre unit in the the building. Stacey's condo is by far the best value on the beach!

This was my husband and my 2nd year staying in Stacey's corner condo unit at Carols Pointe. We have never been disappointed. The condo is large and beautifully furnished with all of the amenities. Our favorite thing to do is just to relax, drink a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the large lanai and watch the many different species of birds that roam the beautiful white beach below us. We loved also seeing the dolphins swim by on a daily basis. I never thought I'd think of seeing dophins swim, as "just another day at the beach", but it's true. Although not any less enjoyable, they really do swim by daily and often. It's awesome. The unit is large and very quiet. People are very friendly and the property is so well kept. Another thing we really love about the beach, are the trees on the beach. It's nice to be at the beach, yet if you want to sit and read 'out of the direct sun', you can move your chair under one of the large pine trees and still enjoy the view. And oh yeah . . . there is also a bunny who lives at the beach! This year we were also lucky enough to get to see the Manatee's at two different times while driving through Lover's Key State Park. It was amazing! Be sure to stop at the first lookout point upon entering the park. I cannot say enough great things about our stay and the condo and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Ft. Myers beach area. The only negative is that you cannot see the sunsets from the condo unit or beach area because of the buildings west of Stacey's, but it's just a short drive to either Ft. Myers beach to the north or Estero Beach to the south and you will be able to see a spectacular sunset. We hope to stay here many more times in the future! Thanks again, Stacey!

Owner response: Lynda and Jim, I thank you for your review, but I do want to respond about the sunsets. Full and complete sunsets can be seen from the condo's lanai, and the beach at Carlos Pointe. Most likely you were not able to view them due to the weather, ski conditions, or the earth's rotation. I do have a photo taken that is a sunset taken from Carlos Pointe beach. The sun sets every day and can be viewed every day from Carlos Pointe. It just really depends on the seasons as to when is the best sunset view from the lanai, but can always be seen from the beach at CarlosPointe. Winter month are the best and you stayed in the the late Spring (May) . Stacey

Hi Stacy! I've been meaning to write you to say thank you and that we had an absolutely wonderful time. I honestly think I could have stayed forever. The condo was beautiful, and the location --- stunning! I've never before seen so much sea life. Dolphins, manatees, sting rays...nature really put on a splendid show for us! We're back home now and trying to get back into the daily routine of things, but I'm seriously missing the beach. My family and I just got back from staying at Venetian Pearl over Spring Break. The condo was extremely clean and the views were beautiful. The wrap around lanai was a bonus and so was the location of the unit to the stairs, grill, parking spot, and entrance to pool and beach. The pictures are exactly how the condo looked!! The beach was extremely wide with white sands and my boys loved playing on it! There was so much to do right there and so much to see! The dolphins, manatees, starfish, sand dollars, horseshoe crabs, fish, stringrays, and beautiful shells made this vacation memerable for all of us! We are already booking again for the fall!!! I highly recommend this condo and Stacey was wonderful to work with.

We had a wonderful time at your condo! It was lovely and a great location. We truly appreciated the cleanliness and the no smoking/pets. We especially loved that we could see our kids collecting shells on the beach and playing at the swimming pool from the bacony. Our kids met several children their age and were able to play with them all week. The entire family had a great time and we hope to come back soon. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family!

We've enjoyed 2 vacations at Stacey's condo. Her units are remarkably clean, well-kept, and includes all the comforts of home. Stacey and her team have been extremely accommodating. The view outside the balcony is amazing. The kids swim for hours in the newly renovated pool area, collecting shells on the beach, or playing volleyball in the sugary sand. We appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of where the condos are located and also like the fact that several restaurants, bars and activities are in walking distance. We usually spend an afternoon or two at the beach outside the Holiday Inn, head out in the backwater for a fishing excursion (Good Time Charters), and catch a band or two at some of the local bars. We will be heading back! It's a perfect vacation for families and couples.

Both the Carlos Pointe location and the condo itself were beautiful! The building sits at a most magnificent point of the island. When looking to the Gulf from the large corner lanai, you feel you are literally on some exotic island! The sunsets are so beautiful. The condo is spacious and the clean bed aspect is so very nice. It was beautifully furnished and has every thing one would need for a vacation on the beach, complete with a beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels and chairs! The corner unit makes it very private (end of the hall), and we had never seen a wider whiter beach front. We've already booked our second stay and plan to make this an annual event!

Spent a week in February 2011! Our vacation was awesome! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing get-a-way, this is the place!! The view from the lanai was beyond belief!! The sunsets were incredible!! The condo was furnished very nicely. Loved the kingsize bed overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Other condo residents were very friendly (and quiet). I would highly recommend Stacey's Beach Front Corner Condo for a absolutely wonderful vacation!!!

STACEY'S CORNER CONDO WITH AWESOME VIEW OVERLOOKING THE BEACH

Our stay at Venetian Pearl was a very satisfying experience. The website where we discovered this unit provided an accurate description of the location and the photos shown of both the inside and outside of the facility reflected its appearance in a most positive way. They certainly enticed us to want to stay there. The amenities were described accurately so we knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. The property was very clean and attractively decorated and the updating throughout the condo was greatly appreciated. The owner was very prompt in answering the questions we had and handled the actual renting of the unit professionally. We would definitely recommend the rental of this condo to family and friends because of our good experience. We found the closeness of several retail outlets and restaurants very convenient. We would recommend exploring the surrounding area in Bonita Springs and the Lovers Key State Park which is just a few miles to the south. Also the Times Square shopping area and Bowditch Park at the north end of the island are a must to see. We are glad that we discovered this "jewel" and had a very relaxing time there watching the boaters, beachwalkers and fishermen enjoying life to the fullest. The quiet atmosphere of this area make it a good place to just watch the world go by, yet you are close to many activities if you choose to take part.

Nothing could have spoiled my recent stay at Carlos Pointe Condo, not even the lousy weather. It was unseasonably cold but I still enjoyed sitting on the corner lanai and watching the hearty souls walking the beach. Did some shelling which was great because the windy weather had brought in many beautiful shells. The only thing missing inside the unit was a scale which I didn't want anyway as I ate too much while there. Had wonderful dinners at local restaurants, especially Charlie's Boat House. King size bed was great as were all the supplied amenities. Kitchen well stocked even down to a corkscrew. Appearance was exactly as pictured in the rental listing. Property very clean and well maintained even to the private parking space assigned to the unit. Due to the cool weather, was not able to take advantage of the pool but it appeared to be clean and well maintanced as were all the common areas. Thoroughly enjoyed the panoramic view of the beach and Big Hickory pass looking back from the rear left of the lanai. Would highly recommend this property to all my friends/relatives. I would return here myself in the future.

Great Place - Great View

Little did I realize when I rented this place what a great location it was. The view from the condo looks over a very wide beach and is great to watch late fall sunsets from. This end of the beach is the best location on Fort Myers Beach if you are looking for a quite place to relax and enjoy the ocean front. We stayed at the end of November, and at times found ourselves as the only person on the beach. There was no noise. However, you could get to the heart of the beach by going just a couple of miles north, or get to city shopping by going a couple of miles south. The condo had everything that was needed so you could cook if you liked. I don't think we ever needed anything that was not there. Just a great place and Stacey was a pleasure to work with.

If you're looking for a quiet and relaxed stretch of expansive Gulf Coast beach this is the place. Great panoramic view of LoversKey with it's natural vegetation and beaches, San Carlos pass, lots of birds, turtles, porpoise, manatees, and of course lots of fish. The Condo is very well maintained, comfortable, and recently upgraded finishes. Stacey is great to work with and always helpful. Thanks Stacey!

You'll be hard pressed to find a condo nicer than this one. Spotless. Sit on the screen porch and watch and hear the surf. Perfect beach--never crowded. Great shelling. Wonderful cabana room on the beach to take a break from the sun. Never drag your chairs (and the sand) up to your condo. Never search for a parking spot because you'll have one reserved. Stacey makes everything so convenient. I keep coming back every year--I think 2011 will be my fifth stay. I've stayed in other condos in this building and they don't compare. You will not be disappointed!
