Beautifully renovated condominium unit in a two family house on a quiet residential street in Newton, just minutes away from Logan Airport, downtown Boston, Fenway Park, Harvard Square & area colleges. The 2,300 square feet luxury unit occupies the second & third floor of an off white stucco home.
It has central air and hardwood floor throughout. The living room is furnished with a plush oversized sofa and a flat screen TV. Step across the hall and you will see an inviting dining room with large bay windows and overhung chandelier.
For those times when you decide to eat in, our fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a granite island counter and cherry wood cabinets. There is a full size stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher and gas stoves. The office/den is furnished with a desk, computer with internet, and a full size futon.
Upstairs on the third floor is the master bedroom with its own private bath and a walk-in closet. The king size bed in this room is decorated in rich warm colors. Across the hall are two additional bedrooms, all uniquely furnished with lots of charm. One of the bedrooms has two queen size beds while the other has two twin size beds. Soft, luxurious towels await guests in the main bathroom. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Fine linens are also included.
