This beautiful suite has one of the most spectacular views on Maui from its two private lanais. Our suite affords a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean overlooking the islands of Lanai and Molokai. The resort is located on 300 feet of uncrowded white sandy beach, just footsteps from your door.
One can use the barbecue poolside or whale-watch from the lanais off of the living room and the master bedroom during the whale season. The two bathrooms are recently remodeled with new granite, cabinetry, and tile. The property is an excellent choice for families wanting a recently redecorated and fully furnished 11th floor unit with tremendous views.
The suite has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a complete kitchen to accommodate up to six persons. All rooms are beautifully furnished in a casual and comfortable tropical island decor. It has two sliding glass doors, one leading to a lanai complete with table and chairs for outdoor dining and viewing, and the other opening onto a smaller lanai accessible from the master bedroom. The spectacular views, the soothing and relaxing sounds of the surf below, and the magnificent sunsets make you feel you are truly in paradise! Every spectacular sunset from the Valley Isle is a travel poster come to life.
In the living room, there is a queen sofa bed, free broadband highspeed internet access, cable TV, DVD, and phone.
The master bedroom offers a new pillow top mattress king bed, cable TV, and phone. The guest bedroom can accommodate two people with its two new twin pillow top mattress beds. Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen features a variety of cooking utensils and service for 6 for meal preparation and serving, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, iron, along with a washer and dryer. Sorry, pets are not allowed and it is a nonsmoking condo. We have been serving our guests on Maui since 1998 and looking forward to serving you!

Why the Owner Chose Kahana
In coming to Maui since 1984 for our vacations, our family had the opportunity of staying in many of the resorts in West Maui. We ultimately found the important features that our family wanted at Valley Isle Resort. These included the 11th floor direct oceanfront location, the beautiful beach which is child friendly, the peaceful, private atmosphere, and one of the most unbelievable views of the ocean and islands of Lanai and Molokai from either balcony. We were particularly attracted to this unit since it was one of the few condos we found on the island with both the living room and master bedroom being oceanfront with balconies and floor to ceiling windows providing the best of beachfront views. In addition, we loved its proximity to shops and restaurants, many within walking distance, as well as Lahaina. In reflecting the ambience of Maui, we recently remodeled in a relaxing Tommy Bahama style including high speed internet.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our direct oceanfront, beachfront views are truly stunning from the 11th floor. Many of our guests describe the view as like "being on a cruise ship" whether you are on one of the two balconies or in the living room or bedroom looking through the floor to ceiling windows. The panoramic views of the Pacific with Lanai to the south and Molokai to the north as well as whale watching and beautiful sunsets are unforgettable. Kahana Beach is uncrowded, child friendly, and offers great water sports, even surfing. Sunning and strolling along the beach are popular. Our condo was recently remodeled and our guests love our upgrades. The location of the resort is within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, and is a short drive away to Lahaina, as well as world class snorkeling and golfing.

We have been in the hospitality and tourist industry for almost 30 years, having owned and operated two motels in the tourist area and wine country of San Luis Obispo, California since 1983, which has provided us the background to offer our guests one of the finest lodging experiences on Maui. Our family began vacationing on Maui over 20 years ago and loved it so much that we became owners in 1998. What attracted us to this particular area was the peaceful setting, beautiful beach, water sports including snorkeling and surfing, and the convenience of the many restaurants and shopping areas close by. Our children especially loved the beach and the many activities in the area.

We had a superb stay at this condo!! It was in great condition, everything we needed was in place, and it has nice sense of space because it is not too cluttered. There is an excellent view of the water and Molokai--good for whale and turtle watching.

We were very happy spending 8 nights at this condo. It was very clean, had everything we needed, fit our family of five comfortably, has a sandy beach out front, and a great overall location being close to shopping, restaurants, and other beaches. It is just as described. I'd happily stay here again - loved it!

An amazing condo, our family was very comfortable there with 5 adults. We could sit on the deck and watch whales and even a sea turtle that was just off the beach. Restaurants and stores were close by. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone.

We just returned from 9 night stay at this property. This was a perfect location for the four of us. Very convenient to all the west Maui sights and activities yet a very quiet and relaxing place to come back to every night. On top of that, a nice beach right our the door with good swimming and snorkeling or just a stroll on the beach. The unit was well stocked with everything you need for cooking and very comfortable and roomy for a 2 bedroom condo. Best of all, the view dominates the condo both from the living room's lanai or in the master bedroom. Gorgeous views of beach, ocean and islands of Lanai and Molokai. We were lucky enough to see whales spouting in the distance and turtles patrolling the beach front surf right from the lanai. The descriptions and pictures shown on this site are exactly as you will find upon arrival. Beautiful place and great value! Thanks Bill and Dondi!

We stayed for 7 days in the condo and loved every moment of it. The accomodations exceeded our expectations even though the photographs were exactly as it appeared in person. The unit was clean and well-maintained. The owners gave us a list of places to visit and restaurants. We went to several of the restaurants which were exceptional, especially the Sea House Restaurant whose sunset dinner on our last night was amazing. The sound of the waves while in the condo is so relaxing. Uma's restaurant on the ground floor of the complex was excellent also. We have already recommended it to my brother-in-law and his new wife who hope to go to Maui in February or March 2012. We look forward to going back there sometime in the future. We'd rate it as Excellent plus plus plus!!!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, neat and had everything we needed, (TV's, dishes, linens, cooking utensials, beach towels and beach chairs). The complex is well managed, extremely clean and well maintained. The BBQ's in the common areas was an extra bonus. There are good eating places, (Roy's & Maui Brewing Co.) convience stores and scuba rental shop within walking distance and Kanaapali and Kapulua are a short drive away. We saw lots of turtles from the beach and lanai, the sunsets were also pretty awesome! We would stay there again.

We are on the 5th day of a 7-day stay in Maui and the location is unbeatable, the condo is spotless, with all amenities including washer/dryer, lots of dishes, utensils and cooking pots/pans which is important for a family of 5, the fridge is large and modern. The bedroom that overlooked the beach also had a patio, and the king bed was firm and perfect. The 2 bathrooms were sparkling clean and the showers were perfect. Did I mention the view? This morning there was rainbow right outside the Lanai! It was so close it looked like it ended right in front of the beach. Sunsets are incredible beautiful, right between the 2 islands of Molokai and Lanai. Breakfasts on the lanai are so relaxing, with enough room for 5 people. The best thing for me is the constant sound of the surf, it makes me sleep very well - this is the one thing I will miss the most.

This condo is accurately described, it is AWSOME! The view is fantastic, the parking and getting into the condo is EXCELLENT, it is spacious, clean and completly set up right down to loaner skim boards and ice chest! We LOVED it. Our friends had timeshares in condo's on both sides of us, and we liked ours BETTER! Very short drive to get to Lahaina for shopping & dinner, right in the middle of the island so either way to go it's easy~ The owner sent complete instructions on everything to see and do, and it could NOT have been easier! If you are going to Maui, I wouldn't stay ANYWHERE else!!! Aloha~ P.S. THE MAUI BREWERY IS LESS THAN A BLOCK AWAY!

My family and I stayed at this condo for 12 wonderful days. The condo is right on the beach, 11th floor with gorgeous views of Lanai and Molokai. It was extremely well equipped with everything we needed from coolers, boogie boards, binoculars, a well stocked kitchen, etc. just to name a few things. It was very clean and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The owners had sent us great directions for finding the property along with many restaurant and activity recommendations. They were very helpful in answering all questions. The resort is centrally located in Kahana, near many restaurants, shopping and various beach activities. We definitely plan to stay here again when we return to Maui. Thank you again for the use of your beautiful condo!!

An excellent and generous condo to explore the Maui Island. All amenities incl. kitchen, supplies, towels, audio and video.DVD, wireless Internet access one needs to feel at home immediately. The view from the lanai, unobstructed 180 degree to Molokai and Lanai and the best sunsets everyday. Sand beach and snorkeling incl. local sea turtles right in front of the house is priceless. Professional barbecue set-ups for guests in the pool area are clean, efficient and great to cut kitchen time to a minimum. Bill and Dondi's recommendations for dinners, take-outs and places to go are a great intro to the area.
