We had a superb stay at this condo!! It was in great condition, everything we needed was in place, and it has nice sense of space because it is not too cluttered. There is an excellent view of the water and Molokai--good for whale and turtle watching.

We were very happy spending 8 nights at this condo. It was very clean, had everything we needed, fit our family of five comfortably, has a sandy beach out front, and a great overall location being close to shopping, restaurants, and other beaches. It is just as described. I'd happily stay here again - loved it!

We just returned from 9 night stay at this property. This was a perfect location for the four of us. Very convenient to all the west Maui sights and activities yet a very quiet and relaxing place to come back to every night. On top of that, a nice beach right our the door with good swimming and snorkeling or just a stroll on the beach. The unit was well stocked with everything you need for cooking and very comfortable and roomy for a 2 bedroom condo. Best of all, the view dominates the condo both from the living room's lanai or in the master bedroom. Gorgeous views of beach, ocean and islands of Lanai and Molokai. We were lucky enough to see whales spouting in the distance and turtles patrolling the beach front surf right from the lanai. The descriptions and pictures shown on this site are exactly as you will find upon arrival. Beautiful place and great value! Thanks Bill and Dondi!

Great Family Condo

An amazing condo, our family was very comfortable there with 5 adults. We could sit on the deck and watch whales and even a sea turtle that was just off the beach. Restaurants and stores were close by. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone.

We stayed for 7 days in the condo and loved every moment of it. The accomodations exceeded our expectations even though the photographs were exactly as it appeared in person. The unit was clean and well-maintained. The owners gave us a list of places to visit and restaurants. We went to several of the restaurants which were exceptional, especially the Sea House Restaurant whose sunset dinner on our last night was amazing. The sound of the waves while in the condo is so relaxing. Uma's restaurant on the ground floor of the complex was excellent also. We have already recommended it to my brother-in-law and his new wife who hope to go to Maui in February or March 2012. We look forward to going back there sometime in the future. We'd rate it as Excellent plus plus plus!!!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, neat and had everything we needed, (TV's, dishes, linens, cooking utensials, beach towels and beach chairs). The complex is well managed, extremely clean and well maintained. The BBQ's in the common areas was an extra bonus. There are good eating places, (Roy's & Maui Brewing Co.) convience stores and scuba rental shop within walking distance and Kanaapali and Kapulua are a short drive away. We saw lots of turtles from the beach and lanai, the sunsets were also pretty awesome! We would stay there again.

Incredible Value on Maui's West Coast !

We are on the 5th day of a 7-day stay in Maui and the location is unbeatable, the condo is spotless, with all amenities including washer/dryer, lots of dishes, utensils and cooking pots/pans which is important for a family of 5, the fridge is large and modern. The bedroom that overlooked the beach also had a patio, and the king bed was firm and perfect. The 2 bathrooms were sparkling clean and the showers were perfect. Did I mention the view? This morning there was rainbow right outside the Lanai! It was so close it looked like it ended right in front of the beach. Sunsets are incredible beautiful, right between the 2 islands of Molokai and Lanai. Breakfasts on the lanai are so relaxing, with enough room for 5 people. The best thing for me is the constant sound of the surf, it makes me sleep very well - this is the one thing I will miss the most.

This condo is accurately described, it is AWSOME! The view is fantastic, the parking and getting into the condo is EXCELLENT, it is spacious, clean and completly set up right down to loaner skim boards and ice chest! We LOVED it. Our friends had timeshares in condo's on both sides of us, and we liked ours BETTER! Very short drive to get to Lahaina for shopping & dinner, right in the middle of the island so either way to go it's easy~ The owner sent complete instructions on everything to see and do, and it could NOT have been easier! If you are going to Maui, I wouldn't stay ANYWHERE else!!! Aloha~ P.S. THE MAUI BREWERY IS LESS THAN A BLOCK AWAY!

Fantastic Condo!

My family and I stayed at this condo for 12 wonderful days. The condo is right on the beach, 11th floor with gorgeous views of Lanai and Molokai. It was extremely well equipped with everything we needed from coolers, boogie boards, binoculars, a well stocked kitchen, etc. just to name a few things. It was very clean and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The owners had sent us great directions for finding the property along with many restaurant and activity recommendations. They were very helpful in answering all questions. The resort is centrally located in Kahana, near many restaurants, shopping and various beach activities. We definitely plan to stay here again when we return to Maui. Thank you again for the use of your beautiful condo!!

An excellent and generous condo to explore the Maui Island. All amenities incl. kitchen, supplies, towels, audio and video.DVD, wireless Internet access one needs to feel at home immediately. The view from the lanai, unobstructed 180 degree to Molokai and Lanai and the best sunsets everyday. Sand beach and snorkeling incl. local sea turtles right in front of the house is priceless. Professional barbecue set-ups for guests in the pool area are clean, efficient and great to cut kitchen time to a minimum. Bill and Dondi's recommendations for dinners, take-outs and places to go are a great intro to the area.

Condo was everything it was advertised to be. Clean, fantanstic view of ocean. Don't know how it could be any better. Furnishings are simple,basic, but everything you need. We would stay here again. Rates for this 2B/2B are very reasonable. Located very close to restaurants,beach, Lahaina;s front street is only 15 minutes away by car. There are 5 star resorts close by but you will pay 3 and 4 times the rate. The kitchen is very well equiped.

Great Location and Views

This is a great condo for a vacation in Maui. The building sits right on the beach so the view is spectacular (gorgeous sunsets), the condo provides everything needed to make guests feel at home, and the location is perfect for those of us who don't want to share a sandy beach with lots of people. It is great for all ages, and it is only a short drive to the tourist towns of Kaanapali and Lahaina. The owners are so easy to work with and are very helpful. We have stayed here four times now, with this being the first visit in February to whale watch. It was amazing to watch the adults and their young while sitting on our lanai, and then to look down and follow the large green sea turtles as they fed along the shoreline in front of the building We will be back to this perfect location.

The _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Resort has been our favorite place to stay on Maui for a few years now. We have stayed in a few different condo's but we got a little spoiled when we stayed in _ _ _ _. The master bedroom facing the ocean is terrific and the condo is spacious and perfect for a larger group. Our first year in _ _ _ _ my wife and I stayed in the condo with another adult and three kids ( total of 6 ) and it worked out great ( two bathrooms ) and was very economic. We returned again in 2010 ( my wife with two other adults ) because we loved the place so much. And we will be back. The owners ( Bill and Dondi ) are very nice people.

Great location and nice beach. Condo was very clean and well cared for. Bill and Dondi were easy to work with if needed, we needed nothing because they provided ALL of the info.in there notes! I had booked this condo for my parents and sister. They couldn't have loved it any more! My sister commented how she felt just at home at it. We had such a nice time. Spent most of our time lounging and what a perfect place to do it! There wasn't a day that we didn't see whales from the lanai. We also saw a pod of about 30 dolphins and a couple turtles. We also were able to see rainbows that made for a beautiful picture and amazing sunsets. The beach was so nice we couldn't find another beach nicer than ours. and it felt like it was ours, never crowded. Everything inside was nice and clean and comfortable. We were able to eat all of our meals in because of how well stocked the place is with cooking essentials. We even made brownies and cookies! Yum. The groceries were expensive but much cheaper than eating out. Thank you so much for providing such a nice place.

Our recent stay in your Maui condo was heavenly. The lanais provided many wonderful whale watching moments. We enjoyed the cool breezes and sounds of the ocean at night. The condo was very clean and well stocked with clean bath towels and kitchen utensils. A treat not to be missed is enjoying the baby back ribs from Mama's Ribs'n Rotisserie in Napili Plaza while watching a beautiful sunset from the lanai. Hiking the Kapalua Trail between Kapalua Bay and Fleming State Park provided spectacular views of surfers, whales, and the ocean waves from the rocky overlooks. Dear Bill and Dondi, The stay at your condo was fantastic. The great ocean front view from the lanai in the front room and master bedroom was more than we expected. The location of the condo was also very good, close to coffee shops, a diving equipment store, a small general store, and of course a number of pubs. Also being just 4 miles north of Kanaapali Beach and a few miles south of Nipili Beach is convenient. We especially enjoyed snorkeling at Napili Beach where we encountered a giant sea turtle and would recommend anyone staying at the condo to visit Nipili Beach. We wife also enjoyed reading and signing the Guestbook in the condo. Thanks for having us as a visitor to you condo and we certainly hope to return in the future.

Aloha Bill & Dondi, We just returned from Maui trip. We had a wonderful time and would also like to thank you for the use of your condo. It was perfect and the location was great. We loved the area and the beaches. It was easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Flemming Beach, Napili Beach and Kapalua Beaches were our favorites on the west coast and we also enjoyed Makena Beach on the south coast. The view from the lanai were fabulous - Molokai, Lanai and rainbows. The whale watching was spectacular from the lanai, even better from the boats on our snorkel & fishing trips! We took a snorkel trip to Molokini & "Turtle Towne" and a trip Sport Fishing. The guys came up "empty handed" but still had a great time. The weather was perfect also - even more so, since we missed a couple days of snow here in Denver. Also, "Thanks very much" for fixing the stove burner so promptly. We just returned from splitting a two week stay in Maui and Oahu. There was no comparison. We enjoyed both, but absolutely loved our stay in Maui. Bill and Dondi’s condo was perfect. Right on the beach, spacious, great views, the relaxing sound of the waves, away from the crowds – we couldn’t have asked for more! Our teenagers could run down to the beach at any time allowing everyone as much beach time as they desired. We took in many of the activities while in Maui, but our highlight of the trip was an intro scuba dive for the whole family with Bobby Baker’s Maui Sun Dives – a real treat. I was concerned before arrival about the condo not having a/c as I can’t sleep well when it’s warm and humid, but that was no problem what-so-ever. With the nice cool breezes and ceiling fan I couldn’t have been more comfortable. We are thankful for everyone that had previously left positive comments on this site as they are what definitely sealed our decision to stay in 1108. When we make a return to Maui we have no questions about where we will stay. Thanx Bill & Dondi.

My husband and I loved the condo! It was perfect. We vacationed as if we were locals. We were able to cook and relax in a superclean condo at the end of our busy day. We drove around the island and thought the beach right outside the condo was the best. It was quiet and we had it all to ourselves most mornings. The extras in the condo made a huge difference. You don't think of doing laundry while you are on vacation but you would be surprised how handy the washer and dryer comes in. Thank you for all the extras!

My daughters and I spent a week in Maui and had a wonderful time. The condo offers great views, is well equipped and includes everything you need for a great vacation. Thank you for all the extras in the closet and for having extra information and the Road to Hana CD under the TV cabinet. We would highly recommend the Pride of Maui for anyone interested in snorkeling to Molokini. The crew runs a top notch opertion. My daughters paid extra to snuba and loved the experience. We enjoyed the whale watching, sunsets and on our last morning seeing a green sea turtle from the lani. Thank you for sharing your little corner of paradise. We hope to return again some day.

FABULOUS! This amazing condo helped to make our stay in Maui amazing. The beautiful view from the lanais...whale watching in the morning with coffee! We snorkeled out front of the resort area. The condo is comfortable and well equiped. We could cook in the kitchen without a problems. Bill and Dondi have made their home away from home our home away from home while on vacation. My only regret...I couldn't move right in and live there always! I hope to return ASAP! Loved it and thanks to you both for all you've done to help make our stay and anyone elses so great. All the extras are appreciated.

We had a fabulous time in Maui with our 2 boys! Bill & Dondi's condo was perfect for our family and it had everything we needed. We really appreciated the extras like boogie boards and binoculars. The beach was great and we spent hours watching whales from both lanais. We hope to return someday soon!

My wife and I took our two sons and daugther in-laws to Maui for a very special vacation from Jan 13th - 20th 2007. Everything was incredible our condo was outstanding everything we needed was included, the views from the lanais were incredible, the grounds were perfect, the beach in front was very nice as well as the pool. We had stayed at valley Isle last January in a one bedroom unit and were vere happy with everything. We did and saw every part of the island, The Road to Hana is a must do!, Snorkeling, Boogie Boarding and Maui Tacos! The wahles were great and you can watch them from the lanais. We highly recommend Captain Steve's Lanai' Dolphin Trip we saw turtles, whales and dolphin. We had a beautiful fun trip and can't wait to go back we want to say Thank You to Bill and Dondi for the use of your condo it truly was our home for the week we were in Maui. we had a most enjoyable stay at this condo. it was very well kept and beautiful. we saw the most beautiful rainbow, complete rainbow on both ends, right out on our lanai! i would recommend highly to anyone.
