Truly the perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Bungalow is very nicely kept and appointed and is in a very quiet and nice suburban neighborhood. The pool is great! - very nice to come back to after a hot day of hiking. Grocery store and restaurants are close by and the location is convenient to both the Phoenix and Tuscon areas. Owner is great to deal with and and it's all the little touches that make this such a great place to stay - gas BBQ, mountain bikes, golf clubs, maps, books, DVD's and DVD player. Would definitely return to stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed in the house for just over a month after selling our previous house and waiting for our new house to close, during that time we found the house to be in great condition with all of the amenities to make it "homey". The saltwater pool is in top condition, the beds were very comfortable and the furnishings fit our needs. The neighborhood is also quiet and friendly. The landlord was very easy to work with (even thought we had a last minute change of schedules). I have already recommended this property to friends and will continue to do so.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The photos of this property did not do it justice. It was very clean, well-maintained and just like being at home. The back yard and pool area were beautiful and so relaxing. This home had everything one would need or ask for. Located only minutes from grocery store, restaurants, and Wal-Mart. Great neighborhood, quiet and friendly neighbors. The owner was a pleasure to deal with..quick responses to all questions and very good at keeping in touch. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting a clean, quiet, peaceful place to stay! This is the only way to go on vacation!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

We stayed at this property for a month, and were quite happy. The property is very well-maintained. There is plenty of kitchen gear and a good sized gas grill to make it easy to enjoy good old home-cooked meals. The owner was a joy to deal with, and took care of everyting we asked for. We walked our dogs daily in the safe, friendly, pleasant neighborhood, and met a lot of nice folks along the way. Groceries and golf are less than 5 minutes away, with many more reasonably-priced golf courses less than a 30 minute drive away (we recommend Johnson Ranch and Poston Butte). We hiked at nearby San Tan Mountain park several times. The heated pool in the sun-soaked back yard was delightful. This is an excellent vacation value and highly recommended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.
