Welcome to our spacious contemporary beach house. This will be the third year that our house on Dolphin Annex is available for rental. We are on the eighth fairway of the Ocean Point Golf course. Our big windows afford a charming view of the creek out back and lots of beautiful sea birds and deer. There are plenty of comfy chairs, sweet spots to read a book or nap. The kitchen is equipped to handle a hungry crowd if you want to serve up some of the local shrimp, fish, or oysters. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs including a kids' room with 4 twin beds. The fifth bedroom is downstairs which has two queen beds. The house is 2400 sq feet with a wrap around deck and garage. Kitchen and bathroom renovations just completed. The house is located on the 8th fairway, across from Marlin Drive, which runs along the beach. You can walk to the beach through the back yard.
The house is located on a secluded cul de sac, surrounded by live oaks and palmettos. Our street is ideal for kids to ride bikes or scooters. The beach access on Marlin Drive is a 3 minute golf cart ride from the house. The golfing is exceptional with the Ocean Point and Davis Love designed Ocean Creek courses. A snappy red electric golf cart sits in the garage, perfect for exploring the island at a leisurely pace. When you return from the beach wash off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower, then sip a cocktail (umbrella optional) on the large 2nd floor deck or first floor patio.
Fripp Island is a private island with security gate access.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Point
The kids have a fantastic time, whether it's the kids' pool at the Cabana club, bodysurfing, fishing or crabbing. The island has a very relaxed pace, the beaches are quiet, mostly private homes, it actually feels like you are getting away from the hustle and bustle.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The island has an unbelievable variety of wildlife; herons, crabs, egrets, alligators, deer. The sports opportunities are first class; golf, tennis, kayaking.
