We Came to NEPA from TX for parents 50th anniversary. We have 6 children and this vacation home was perfect for our large family. The view was amazing. Lake Erie sunsets will blow you away. The patios Decks Screen rooms gave us lots of room to spread out. Right on the water. We will stay here again!!! Great Place!

This place was great! We had around 9 people there at one point and there was plenty of room. The house has has very cozy, "lived-in" feel that made use feel right at home and relaxed as soon as we walked in the door. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups, .etc. so we really didn't need to bring any. The views of the lake were great. One thing to keep in mind, however, if you are not a very "nimble" person, direct access to the shoreline can be a little tricky since you have to negotiate a short, steep sandy drop-off to get down. The marina is a short walk and you can access the shoreline easier from there if you need to. Also, watch out for the geese "land mines" in the yard! Overall great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

This is an AWESOME place to stay on the lake! The descriptions of the place don't even do it justice. Gorgeous views from everywhere and the home is beautiful and spacious. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room for everyone for eating, playing games, watching tv, sitting around chatting and visiting. This is the most well-equipped vacation home we have ever stayed in. We had a wonderful time while we prepared for a family wedding in the area!

Completely love this house! Have doubts??? DON'T! Rent today!! The house is fantastic, HUGE, and totally worth the money!! For the 9-11 occupants as suggested...there is definitly not enough silverware, cups, utensils, or cookware --- BUT, luckily we figured that and brought a ton of our own. There were 10 of us, and the fridge 'barely' fit the food we brought. Feeding 10 mouths, 3 times a day, + snacks == lots of food. But we managed by leaving all the drinks in coolers with ice for the entire week we were there. The property states no pets, but the previous renters, or maybe the cleaning crew definitly had a pet in there. The couch in the kitchen sitting room was covered in pet hair so that was a bummer...considering my son is highly allergic to pets. We cleaned it up as best we could and aired the room out. The views are beyond fanastic! The breeze is amazing! Never got hot and loved walking down the beach and marina everyday! Rooms are great -- plenty of room! King bed is in master bedroom -- along with a twin. Futon and twin in 2nd b-room, full size in 3rd b-room, and 2 twins and bunk in 4th b-room. No pull-out couchs. Kitchen table easily fit the 10 of us. Dining room seats 4. Living room has couch, loveseat, recliner, fireplace, and HUGE TV. Sunroom is perfect...breeze galour and seats 10 easily. Patio is nice and having grill was great. Firepit is was a lovely bonus -- found wood right down the street. Spent the entire week in the fold-out chairs we brought, under the tree overlooking the lake. Fan-fan-tastic! Rent it today! We'll be there every year until they lock it up!!!!! Bring warm clothes -- cold cold nights out by the lake, board games for the occasional afternoon rain, and yard games. The geese visit 3-4 times a day just to say Hi as well! Enjoy!!!!! We loved it!! Thank you!
