A Special for 2012, if you will book early.
There are 48 units in this condo, 16 on the East side, 16 on the beach front and 16 on the West side. The east and west side units are identical in size and floor plan. Our unit, 404, which is on the top floor, offers the sunrise and a partial beach view from the east side (see photo from balcony).
Anyway, here’s the special. If you book unit 404, the price will be $1350.00 a week and that’s from SATURDAY to SATURDAY, March 3rd to April 28th. That price includes Florida taxes of 11 ½ % and the cleaning fee . That’s a great savings. Again, this rate is for SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
So what about after school is out and vacation season starts. Again, the rate is the same as last year, $1485.00 which is all inclusive of taxes and cleaning fees and is from 4/28/12 to 9/1/12, and is for SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
What's the kicker you ask? You've got to book the unit early and for SATURDAY to SATURDAY. For the 3/3/12 to 4/28/12, I need to hear from you before 2/25/12. For the 4/28/12 to 9/1/12, I need to hear from you by 3/31/12.
These rates are only good from Saturday to Saturday.
Ok, so you just want to get away for a long weekend. The price will be $210.00 a night, but you pay the 11 1/2% tax and the cleaning fee. But notice that rate is for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Situated on the highest point on the Gulf Of Mexico, the gulf-front Inn is located 1 block off Highway 30A (turn onto Red Fish and then go left on Blue Lupine Way - the condo is at the end of the street) in Blue Mountain Beach, sequestered between two non-renting upscale communities and offers maximum privacy with it's private beach access and gated, covered garage. Enjoy the 50 feet atrium newly furnished and landscaped, or lounge by the gulf front pool and hot tub exclusive to guests at the Inn.
Our condominium is located on the fourth floor on the east side with lovely views. This is a three bedroom, three bath unit, which consists of one king, one queen, and two twin beds with one queen sleeper sofa, three bath unit. It is 1650 square feet with an additional 400 square feet of balcony. The layout is an open floor plan with a main living and dining area and two wings of bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed and it's private balcony, private bath with jacuzzi is on one end of the condo. The opposite end has a second bedroom with queen bed and private bath and access to the main balcony with gulf views. A third bedroom is off the side hall next to a third full bath. This floor plan offers unusual privacy for the couple with children or for multiple couples sharing the condominium. The bed rooms are carpeted and the rest is all tile.
There are ceiling fans in the main living area and in each bedroom. Beach set-ups are available for rent on the beach during the summer. Our unit also offers free long distance (VOIP).
The condo has high speed wireless internet access throughout the building. There is also a fitness center on the 3rd floor that has weights, elliptical trainers, riding machines and tread mills. A charcoal grill is also located on the property for guests use. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. During high rental season, we have security on site.
We are situated within five miles of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach- once again on the list of Top Beaches in the USA. There is a dedicated bike path that runs for miles along 30A. A large designer outlet shopping mall is only 15 minutes away and we are about 25 miles west of Panama City and 15 east of Destin. For golfers there is a great 18 hole course (Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club) just 4 miles west of the unit and if you really want a challenge, Greg Norman's "shark tooth" course is just 25 miles east, about 1 mile east where 30-A and 98 intersect.
Great beach, great food, great music, great art, great fishing, great shopping, great golfing and it is all conveniently located to Unit 404, Inn At Blue Lupine. Hey, did I say "great vacation"?

Patti and the owner Jim were both wonderful to work with. The unit is spaceous, clean, beautiful and quiet. We really enjoyed our trip. The pictures are very true to form. The building is off the beaten path and quiet. We rented bikes from Big Daddy's, enjoyed snowcones at Lucille's, La Lomas Bakery has awesome scones, Donut Hole is a family fav along with The Crab Trap. We also took a 4 hour fishing trip with the help of Orlin Marler's crew - Mr. Pat and Jeremy. The fishing trip was awesome, our family caught 7 good-sized red snapper and they were tasty! Couple of things to know about the building - the pool is small and will hold 20 at a time - time it at nap time for little peeps and you'll be ok - otherwise, it's too crowded. The building has 1 grill - plan your cooking time. Lots to do and not do - your choice. Beaches were awesome and not crowded!!! Thanks Mr. Jim and Patti for an awesome time!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

My family and I spent a week in the condo during the last week of March 2011. We have stayed in Blue Mountain for over 15 years. We found this condo extremely convenient and accommodating. The unit itself has everything-beautiful. There is a lot of space in this unit. It is well decorated and comfortable. The outdoor set up is perfect offering a pool area that over looks the Gulf. Beach access is truly out the back door. I would highly recommend this unit. The price is right, the location is perfect, and the unit itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. Nice work!!!

My family of seven loved the condo.Very comfortable,tastefully decorated.Good eats in the area.20 minutes from destin.We went 1st week in july,beach was not crowded and a fair price,looking forward to a return.
