Welcome to our Villa based in the tranquil community of Sandy Ridge, Davenport. This exquisite villa, new in November 2006, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is ideally situated for all that Central Florida has to offer.

Sandy Ridge is perfectly positioned to help you maximize your enjoyment of the attractions. We are near to all the theme parks, being only ten minutes from Disney's Maingate and 25 minutes from Universal Studios, yet far enough away to enjoy the conservation area surrounding the community.

Championship golf courses on your doorstep

The world famous Champions Gate Golf Resort is a mere two to three miles away with its fine dining and fabulous championship golf course, designed by Greg Norman, this resort also boasts the World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy


This First Class Villa is brand new, Nov 2006. The home is fully air conditioned, with a living area, dining area, fully fitted kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two double rooms (both with ensuite facilities) and one twin room.
And of course the all important pool!
This home has a 30 x 20 feet fully enclosed pool area.

Main Living Area
The main living area has a TV complete with Cable and a DVD player (there is a small collection of family DVD's available)and features patio doors leading to a covered, lighted lania area complete with patio furniture for those relaxing days or nights by the pool.

Dining Area
The dining area has a large window allowing loads of natural sunlight into the villa. There is a large formal dining table with ample seating for family dining.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen comes complete with all imaginable appliances, including cooker, microwave, toaster, in fact all imaginable appliances required for those of you who enjoy home cooking.

Master Bedroom with Ensuite
The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a TV with DVD and Cable TV. There is ample storage space, with lots of drawer space and a large walk in closet.
The bedroom also has a large ensuite, with Jack'n'Jill sinks and a large double walk in shower.


Second bedroom Also with Ensuite
The second bedroom comes complete with a queen-size bed. Again this bedroom has an ensuite facility with a double walk in shower and also has a large walk in closet along with lots of drawer space, giving any guests ample storage.

The third bedroom has two twin beds and has a TV again with DVD player and PS2, ideal for the children should you wish to stay home or spend the night relaxing after a day at the parks!

Family Bathroom
As well as the 2 ensuite facilities there is also an family bathroom, with a shower over the bath.

Games Room
This home has a games room complete with pool table, electronic basketball 'shooting hoops' game and an electronic dart board.
