Welcome to our paradise in the sun on Fort Myers Beach! Our two bedroom two bath condominium is located on the third floor at Fairview Isles and provides outstanding views of the heated pool and Estero Bay beyond. The unit is nicely furnished throughout with casual island-style décor.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and attached master bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds, a large closet, and convenient full bath. The kitchen area is fully equipped with new stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave. In addition the kitchen area has ceramic tile flooring and breakfast bar.
Bask in the sun around our beautiful heated pool, and enjoy the tropical flowers on the grounds of Fairview Isles or walk across to a private access to the sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Everything else is just steps away from your front door, including the widest and most beautiful stretch of white sand beach on the island just across the street. Shopping (Santini Plaza), groceries, bank, restaurants, golf, fishing shelling, and glorious sunsets are all right here to enjoy.

Dec 15, 2007-Apr 30, 2008 .. $1025/week .. $3725/month.
Add 11% tax and $25 Administration fee. Rates based on 1-4 people.
Additional $10/person/night. One week minimum.
Additional nights are pro-rated. A $225 deposit holds reservation.
A 30 day written notice of cancellation is necessary to receive
a $165 refund of your deposit.
$60 Cleaning Fee will be added to each Rental.
