Recent update makes this townhome both attractive, and comfortable. Ideal for a family oriented vacation, where you can spend your days on a quiet beach, walking, jogging, fishing, surfing, shelling, or bird and people watching, just a few short steps from your patio. While the ocean view is ample, it is a "90 degree" view, as opposed to a full "180 degree" view, due to another townhome. Our view is best observed from the large 2nd floor covered deck off the Master Bedroom. The community pool has been recently updated, and is never crowded. Take a short walk, and you can climb the stairs of historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, or enjoy the Marine Science Center, and Sea Turtle Hospital and Rehab Center. There are quaint restaurants on the Inlet waterway, as well as a boat launch and shopping nearby. Two numbered parking spaces are provided for each unit, as is an electric Barbeque grill, beach chairs, towels, etc.
