The Downstairs, with Separate Entry, Has a Large Game Room Equipped with Ping Pong, Pool Table, Bar, Mini Kitchen, Large Screen HD TV and DVD/VCR/Stereo. The Fourth Bedroom Has Solid Wood Antique Twin Beds. Both Rooms Have Water Views and Exit Onto Another Screened Porch with Plenty of Seating and Entertainment Space. Sept 7 -June 30 $300/night (3 Night Minimum) .. $1800/week .. $4000/month.
July 1 through Labor Day $350/night...$2100/week (3 night minimum)
Holidays Have a $50/night, $300/week Surcharge.
A $500 Security Deposit is Required.
A 9% sales and tourist development tax applies to all rentals
$40 per night extra per person over 8 people
A $200 Departure Cleaning Fee is Required.

My family enjoyed spending the week before Christmas in this wonderful home. We used the kayaks, swam with the manatees in the spring, and loved the pool, hot tub, and other amenities of the home. We'd love to spend more time and would gladly stay in this home again!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a family retreat at this beautiful home a year ago and enjoyed every minute. We docked a boat and cooked on the gas grill every evening. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool. I recommend this highly and the owners are great to deal with.
