This condominium has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and full kitchen with all the amenities. The master bedroom has a KING-SIZE BED, another bedroom has a QUEEN-SIZE BED, and the third bedroom has 2 TWIN BEDS. There is also a QUEEN-SIZE SLEEPER SOFA in the Family Room. The master bathroom has his and her sinks! There are TVs and DVD players in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms with cable TV. The condominium has been newly tiled throughout. A shared GARAGE is available (parks one vehicle). The unit has recently been totally updated and renovated, including all new appliances, new stereo, new computer, new bed linens and pillows. Local attractions include the Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center, Sterling Casino Cruise Lines, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Ocean Fishing, and Golfing. Watch the space shuttle launch from the beach or the balcony. Less than an hour north is the Daytona Speedway or continue up the coast to tour Beautiful Saint Augustine. The condominium is only minutes away from the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Boardwalk.
