The condominium is a SUPERIOR fifth floor, direct ocean unit with views of the ocean from the balcony, living room and the master bedroom. This condominium has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and full kitchen with all the amenities. The master bedroom has a KING-SIZE BED, another bedroom has a QUEEN-SIZE BED, and the third bedroom has 2 TWIN BEDS. There is also a QUEEN-SIZE SLEEPER SOFA in the Family Room.
The master bathroom has his and her sinks! There are TVs and DVD players in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms with cable TV. The condominium has been newly tiled throughout. A shared GARAGE is available (parks one vehicle). The unit has recently been totally updated and renovated, including all new appliances, new stereo, new computer, new bed linens and pillows.
Local attractions include the Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center, Sterling Casino Cruise Lines, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Ocean Fishing, and Golfing. Watch the space shuttle launch from the beach or the balcony. Less than an hour north is the Daytona Speedway or continue up the coast to tour Beautiful Saint Augustine. The condominium is only minutes away from the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Boardwalk. Check out the Night Life at Coconuts on the Beach, Heidi's Jazz Club, Cocoa Beach Pier, The Beach Shack, or The China Beach Lounge.
Facilities available in the condominium complex include outdoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, horseshoes, Barbeque Grill and tennis courts. There is lots of close-in parking. VERY CLEAN AND NEAT!
Windrush is located in Cocoa Beach about an hour away from Orlando, Disney World and the airport. That's right, about an hour away from Orlando's major attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Sea World, MGM Studios, and Animal Kingdom.

We have stayed a number of times at this Cocoa Beach condo, and we enjoy it more and more every time we stay. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the ammenities are perfect.
