A beautiful Beach Front lower level condo at North Coast Village in Oceanside, California, San Diego County. The North Coast Village condominium complex is the only such complex in Oceanside to sit right On The Sand. This unit sits as close to the water as you can get without getting wet. And the view is to die for, none better anywhere.
The condo grounds are groomed to perfection. You will love just taking a walk within the secluded areas. There are little streams and ponds everywhere, the feeling is tropical. You can then relax at one of the two swimming pools located on the grounds. The children love the freedom and when they are done, you can go and enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi (hot tub). In the early evening you can take your walks on the beach and watch the sun sink into the Pacific. The view is spectacular.

My family and I have visited this condo for many years now and always have the best times there. It is a super location right on the beach hearing the surf is soooooooo relaxing. Close to everything including Disney, Legoland and sea world. The train that runs the coast is just blocks from the unit parking is secure and the grounds are so lush and beautiful. You won't be dissappointed. You have use of the pool an outside bbq, putting green, Internet access, pool tables, laundry ands everything California has to offer. The condo is fully stocked with everything down to the beach toys. Were going back again this year so plan you getaway at this condo and have fun we sure will.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
