  Just returned from another great fishing trip to CR. Had some trouble lining up a place to stay and found Mike's unit on VRBO. Great condo, great location. Bella Vista unit's are among the best in Los Suenos and this one is well appointed and well maintained. Thanks Mike for a great base for our fishing adventure, can't wait till next year!

  Over the last 5 years, we have used travel agents to book our vacations. This was the first time we used VRBO to book it ourselves.We had always wanted to visit Costa Rico, and this year we decided to do something different, I can't tell you how happy my family and I are that we chose Bela Vista, Los Suenos. Starting with the profesional driver who picked us up at the airport, to the saftey and comfort my wife felt with the Security officer at the gate, we knew we had made the right choice. If fishing is your thing, I spent 4 days with the same boat. We caught numerous Roosterfish up to 65 lbs, 9 wahoo in one day, and more Red Snapper than we could keep. The chef at the local restaurant, was more than willing to cook our catch each night, cooking it to our request as well as the "house Special", I highly recomend it. The pictures and discription of the accomidations are an under statement. The Condo was fabuolus. From the Master suit to the well appointed guest rooms, to the family room with the comfy couches and recliners. What more can you ask for after a long day of fishing or a competative round or golf on the local course. The kitchen makes you feel as if you were home, and the Condo even includes a gas grill for steaks and burgers if you choose. We definetly overpacked bcause we used the washer and dryer and ended up not needing the two weeks worth of clothes we brought. The owner, Mike was extreamly helpfull with sugestions as to the places we should visit. We have recomended this unit to several of our friends. We were so pleased with our stay, that we will be coming back to stay at Mike's condo at Bella Vista, Los Suenos again this summer.

• My annual fishing trip

  This was my 5th annual trip to Los Suenos and fourth time staying at Mike's place. The unit is more than expected and dealing with Mike and the management company can't be any easier. The unit is always immaculate and its proximity to the marina and hotel can't be beat. You can walk to the marina village to arrange fishing trips or walk across the beach the Playa Herradura to arrange trips with the local fisherman on the pangas. If you happen to go when Mike is around you can arrange for him to teach you how to surf. Looking forward to my next trip.

• Best condominium in Los Suenos.

  This condo in Los Suenos is huge and have a lot of space for family and friends it is so close to the beach and the marina. I have twin boys of 8 years old and they love the pool water fall. The condo have everything dvds, big screen tvs and a nice BBQ to cook outside. My wife loves mojitos and the full kitchen has everything you need. We try to come here a every two months because we live in San Jose, and like to go fishing in our boat. For people who like fishing Los Suenos is the place you want to be, and if you want to relax there is many things to do in the resort. I really recomend this condominium and I am sure that you will have a great time. Mike the owner is very friendly and responds for availabilty requests in short time. Saludos. Rodolfo and Karol.

  Excellent property with a fantastic location. My family of 5 with 3 teenagers loved the overall facilities. There is plenty of room and the kitchen has everything you need. The management company is right outside the gates of Los Suenos. They have 24 hr service if there is something you need. 24 hr security for entrance to the Bella Vista condo. Don`t hesitate to book this place.

The rates for the entire season are as follow:

May 1 - Dec 15 $275/nt

Dec 16 - Jan 2 $570/nt

Jan 3 - April 30 $25/nt

Please email for last minute vacancies with lower rates.

You can send 25% of the amount as a non refundable deposot in the form of a check or Pay Pal.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

When you check in please leave a credit card for the cleaning fee of $130 and incidentals. I will take the $130 off your total rate so everything is included with your quoted rate.
