This Hi Country Haus condo overlooks the Fraser River and wildlife can often be seen drinking from the water. Popular amenities include a community recreation facility with indoor swimming pool, four hot tubs, and a game room. The recreation center and the 'free' Winter Park transportation shuttle stop are just steps outside your door providing a quick ride and easy access to the ski area two miles away.

The condo is within walking distance of the cinema, the Winter Park Pub, Hernando’s pizzeria, many shops, and the Fraser River Trail. Thirty minutes from the western entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath second-story unit is bright and open with lots of windows. The master suite has a King sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Twin/Full bunk bed and there is a Pack & Play available. There is a fold out sofa in the living room and a washer and dryer in the unit. Off street parking is available.

  • What a perfect location! The river right off the deck is fantastic. We really enjoyed our long weekend in WP. Your condo is well appointed, comfortable, and an easy walk to town, or to some great hiking trails. We had a great time. Thank you!

  • This is our second year for staying at the condo and taking Amtrak to WP. It is wonderful! We were within walking distance to Hernando's and a great Sushi place - YUMM! My daughter even walked downtown one afternoon. The free WP bus picked us up every 30 minutes outside the entrance to the condo. The hot tubs/pool are very near as well - ALL WORKING TOO! PERFECT location for a condo that meets and exceeds our needs with 3 kids!
