I´ll make deals for longer stays. 2nd unit available which is a bit larger and sleeps up to 5 people and has 2 large outdoor terraces / patios.
Kitchenette is for minor cooking and not making Thanksgiving dinner preparation but there are many places to eat for $3 to $4 within a block. Kichenette has sink, range, microwave, toaster over, coffee maker, espresso maker, BBQ grill, George Foreman sandwich maker, all utensils.
The unit is like a small apartment with 2 large rooms, much more then you'd get in a hotel and a better price.
