Great rental in the heart of Chapala, one block to the town plaza and pier and one half block to the lake. Right next to the newly redone waterfront area and you'll love the location! Frequent police patrols on bike, foot and in truck, safest area in State due to proximity to malecon, government center and all banks.
Purified Bonafont water, full sized bars of soap and everything is only a 2 minute walk away! Flannel and satin sheets for the beds.
Computer with high speed Internet to use as well as free and unlimited calling to the USA and Canada! Free cell phone with local phone number to use with extra deposit and you just pay for airtime.

Unit has full kitchen but there are many places to eat for $3 to $4 within a block including 3 coffee shops. Kichen has sink, oven, range, microwave, toaster over, coffee maker, espresso maker, BBQ grill, George Foreman sandwich maker, all utensils.

Great weather, I LOVE the building, close to everything and lots of police presence so low crime and lots to do. I walk everywhere and am always close to all the cultural events as they happen downtown, just a stone's throw away.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
Everything is 1 block away, always have friends visiting. All the creature comforts like technology, surround sound, US phone and internet but then if i want cheap tacos or tamales I walk a block.

Unit was great, close to everything and the calls to Canada and US were nice. We also liked the artisan craft decorations. It made us want to move to Chapala.
