Panama City Beach is a vacation destination unlike any other. With more than 27 miles of sugary, white sand and emerald waters, it's no wonder we are known worldwide as one of the "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches."
The exclusive Ocean Ritz tower sits on the beach near the intersection of Front Beach Rd and Thomas Drive. With only 63 units in the complex (only 3 per floor), Ocean Ritz offers the finest amenities to our clients. Covered parking, 24-hour security, air-conditioned elevators, exercise room, private swimming pool and hot-tub – these are just a few of the luxury appointments in the complex.
Everything you’ll need “off-the-beach” sits within a very short distance of the complex, including amusement parks, museums (Ripley’s), golfing, shopping (Walmart is just down the street), and fine dining. Pineapple Willy’s, a local landmark restaurant, is just a short stroll up the beach!
With over 1600 square foot of living space, and a huge 39x12 balcony (one of the biggest on the beach!) you can spread-out and relax.
Our 4th floor location offers the best views on the beach. The low-floor allows you to easily see what’s happening on the beach and in the surf, but is high enough to be above the noise at street-level. Imagine watching the sunset or sunrise and listening to the surf while relaxing on the large oversized balcony OR from the spacious and well-appointed living room OR from either of the TWO Gulf-front Master Bedrooms.
The living room is appointed in rich beach pastels and opens onto the balcony. Imagine listening to the surf as you wander back and forth from the balcony to the living room, enjoying a cool drink, the summer views and the sound of the surf! A 32 inch TV, cable and DVD/VCR player in the living room will keep you entertained. The queen sleeper sofa can accommodate additional guests.
Each of the four (4) bedrooms has its own full bathroom. The two Master Bedrooms each face the Gulf, and have large sliding glass doors onto the gulf-front balcony. One MBR displays a sandy-beach theme with bright, white colors. The 2nd MBR offers warm browns and a refined luxury.
A queen bed in the 3rd bedroom provides a far-east theme, and the fun bright colors in the 4th bedroom provide a happy bunk-bed retreat for our younger visitors. All bedrooms feature upgraded mattresses and their own TV for ‘relaxing’ off the beach.
A fully-equipped kitchen includes granite counters and has open views beyond to the gulf, so you can prepare your meals while watching the surf! A breakfast bar sits 3-4, and a large dining table sits 8. A washer and dryer in the unit make laundry a snap.
Parking at the beach can often be a challenge...we have TWO ASSIGNED parking spaces close to the elevators, with additional parking available across the street.

We have stayed at Ocean Ritz in the past, and loved it. This stay would have been great if the unit would have been completly re painted, all new flooring, and cleaned! We arrived at 4:00 (check in time) and the unit had still not been cleaned so we had to wait until almost till 7:00 to even put our things away not to mention the cold food items sitting out. We Actually spent about 3 hours our second day cleaning scuffs off the walls because it looked so bad. Also my last word of advise is not to clean the carpets the day of someones arrival..they were wet the whole first day and still looked horrible. The plus of this unit is it has a wonderful view!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time at this condo! It was very spacious and we really appreciated having 4 full bathrooms. There were 6 adults and 1 child in our group and we never felt crowded. The balcony was huge! This condo's location is within walking distance of Walmart and several restaurants. There is a small pool and a hot tub at the complex. All of the details in the listing description are accurate. The condo was very clean and there were ample towels provided in each of the bathrooms. There is a small "stackable" washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. One of the adults in our party was going to sleep on the fold out couch. She didn't like the fold out couch mattress, but the sofa itself was very comfortable to sleep on. Judy is very helpful and answered all of my many questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this condo! This condo is about a mile away from the start of the Gulf Coast 1/2 Ironman and Ironman Florida. It is on the bike routes for both races.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
