This is not just another rental condo. It is an extremely clean and comfortable mountain home. We target our condo's renters to two adults who will take care of it, and enjoy it as much as we do. It is the perfect place for the extended, comfortable stay in Mammoth.
This recently updated and meticulously clean unit has maple floors throughout and is located near the Snowcreek meadow area with it's streams and views, fishing is walking distance away. Beautifully landscaped grounds with flowers and grass (summertime) run through the entire complex.
Snowcreek Resort is located in the meadow area near the Snowcreek golf course and driving range. It is also the closest complex to town's athletic club. Driving time to Von's is about 90 seconds. The terrain around Snowcreek Resort is all level perfect for walking and riding bikes in summertime and easy driving during wintertime snow storms.
This unit is located just a few steps away from the spa and sauna. This is a low density complex with plenty of parking and an open and relaxed atmosphere. The free red line shuttle to the main ski lodge is just a short walk from this unit. This is a ground floor unit with outside access and no stairs to climb or musty hallways to walk through. After a long day of fishing or hiking treat yourself to a bbq on the back deck, a hot tub, and a movie from the large dvd library in the unit.
Cancellations more than 30 days (45 days for holiday periods) prior to arrival will be refunded, less $50. Cancellations less than 30 days (45 days for holidays)prior to arrival will be forfeited unless we are able to rent the condo to someone else for the same time period.

BY CHANCE WE VISITED THE MAMMOTH LAKES AREA ON A TRIP HOME FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED BY THE AREA WE MADE THE NEXT 7 YEARS SUMMER VACATION HERE. WE THEN DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO BUY. AFTER LOOKING AT ALMOST EVERY COMPLEX IN THE AREA SNOWCREEK STOOD OUT AS THE ONE (LAID BACK RESORT ATMOSPHERE). THE HIKING IS UNMATCHED TO ANYWHERE ELSE WE HAVE VISITED. WE KNOW THE SKIING IS ALSO TOP NOTCH, BUT WE ARE NOT SKIERS SO OUR PLACE IS OPEN TO ALL OF YOU WHO ARE ALL WINTER LONG.

OUR COMPLEX IS ABOUT 1 MINUTE AWAY FROM VON'S GROCERY, ABOUT 3 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE VILLAGE AND EAGLE LODGE, ABOUT 5 MINUTES FROM CANYON LODGE AND 12 MINUTES FROM THE MAIN LODGE. THE FREE REDLINE SHUTTLE STOP IS ONLY A 2 MINUTE WALK FROM OUR UNIT.

THIS BEING THE CASE WE MAKE SURE OUR PLACE IN MAMMOTH MEETS OUR STRICT CRITERIA. WE LIKE VISITING MAMMOTH IN THE SUMMERTIME FOR LONG DAY HIKES BETWEEN 10-15 MILES LONG, THEN RELAXING IN THE HOT TUB JUST 40 STEPS AWAY FROM OUR FRONT DOOR.

I have stayed at many condos in Snowcreek as well as out of Snowcreek and this condo, by far, is the best I have ever stayed in. It is like a 5 star hotel. The owners are extremely easy to work with, very nice and accommodating and the condo itself is even better that the pictures depict. I will definitely return.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
