Chalet Suisse, a quaint timberframe style Chalet, is located just five miles north of Hayward. The home was recently built in 2006 and has been designed for those seeking the privacy of the Northwoods in a silent sports setting. A new 4 season porch was built in June of 2007. Golf, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, snow shoeing, road cycling, canoeing, and fishing are all very close. LCO Casino is only 4 miles away.

Chalet Suisse has a beautiful wooded back yard with direct access via a private woods trail to both the famous Birkie Ski Trail and Camba Mountain Bike trails. This private woods trail is only 1/4 mile from and links to both of these famous recreational trail systems. Additional trails and hiking are very close with 1000's of acres of Sawyer County forest lands less than half a mile away. If paddling or tubing the Namekagon River sounds fun... the KOA campground three miles away can set you up with a day of adventure doing either activity.

This timberframe style home has an all pine interior with oak hardwood floors. Lots of windows and two wood fireplaces add to the up north feel of this beautiful retreat. A fully appointed kitchen and large back yard deck make this an easy choice for northwoods living. A back yard firepit with lots of firewood is awaiting your marshmallow roast.
