Welcome to our brand-"new" condo in Nuevo Vallarta at Villa Magna. Our condo has all the best deluxe furnishings! We are right on the beach with an incredible ocean view!
Onsite Ammenities include:
"Seaside" Restaurant & Palapa bar for purchase drinks and snacks served around the pool or ocean.
Palapa lounge... sit and enjoy the ocean view and cocktails from our friendly service staff!!
Other services include a spa, gym, and lounges for prices to be determined which are located in:
Tower 4 "Dreams Hotel"
next door to us (we are in Tower 3)....
Also free Nuevo Vallarta Shuttle every 15 minutes that brings you anywhere throughout the area including the large shopping mall.
The condo has:
- 2 bedrooms and a den.
- King-size bedroom with bathroom and jetted soaker tub that looks right out onto our master ocean balcony.
- another Queen bedroom with its own bathroom.
- Den with a Queen futon, great for kids and its own bathroom.
All bedrooms have lovely liens and lots of twels etc...

Check out our other two conDécor is very tasteful and modern,and deck is very comfortable with deck lounger as well as tble and chairs for relaxing.
We are in a private gated community, 24 hour security, English speaking manager and housekeepers, private beach. Ten-15 minute walk along the beach to Paradise Village hotel. Ten minutes from our other condo at Playa Royale, minutes walk to Paradise Village Plaza with: grocery stores, liquor store, banks, restaurants, shopping, doctors and medical 24 hours.
Taxi's waiting just steps away.
Also: Paradise Village marina with sail boats, snorkeling and fishing tours and water taxi to Old town downtown. 15 minutes to airport and 20 minutes to downtown by taxi.
Our swimming pool is an infinity pool - beautiful and great for floating or swimming, it looks as if it rolls right into the ocean! Private beach, beach chairs and palapas!
Step out onto the most beautiful beach in the Bay of Banderas: flat beach for walking over two and a half miles; you can walk all the way to Bucerias/La Cruz!

This condominium was outstanding with beautiful views of the sea and resort area. The unit was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the furnishings were tastefully attractive and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with every appliance you might need for producing any meal you might imagine. The deck contained a barbeque with 2 cylinders of propane and was capable of seating a large family on the comfortable furniture provided. We had excellent support when needed from both owners and site manager. This resort is in close proximity to a wide range of activites and sufficient to satisfy the needs of anyone including a family or honeymooning couple. This holiday has more than met up to our expectations.

Thank you very much for letting us stay at your place in Nuevo Vallarta. The family loved it and the kids enjoyed a lot. This condo is the perfect destination for a family vacation. We spent the last week here and we are just heartbroken to leave. It is a place that you will want to return to over and over. The view is breathtaking. It was nice to see they had everything you needed for cooking and entertaining, All the rooms are quite spacious. All bedrooms have a private bathroom and the kitchen is provided of anything you might need. We highly recommend this condo to rent. It's a place that we hope to return to soon. Thanks!h

Al and Jill, I just wanted to take this time and let you know how much we enjoyed your condo at the Villa Magna. We had an excellent time! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to experience a piece of heaven. I believe we probably should have booked for two weeks because one week went by too fast!!! Hi Al and Jill Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at the condo. The condo is beautiful, and decorated very nicely. We enjoyed boogie boarding at the beach and swimming in the pools. We did a couple of boating tours, trips to old vallarta, horseback riding and the waterslides. Definately would come again. We are enjoying ourselves immensely. I've managed to get in some tennis every Wed & Sat while working out in the gym all the other days (except Monday when they're closed). Today I'm going to do the "canopy" trip. My wife & sister-in-law have been enjoying walks along the beach and the pool as well as shopping in PV. There's no end to what one can buy! Actually, the ambiance is excellent and has created a very comfortable environment for all three of us. It's obvious that you put a lot of planning and expense in creating this comfort. Thanks... We're enjoying your condo, the DVD, TV, beach, swimming pool, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and the weather. My tennis game is still OK and I'm enjoying my daily workout at the gym. Thanks for thinking of us.
