Lovely and very comfortable home in the heart of Saratoga. Located on the historic Eastside, we are a three minute walk to Broadway and a fifteen minute walk to the racetrack. Victorian charm, both inside and out, with high ceilings, pocket doors, and crown mouldings. Beautifully renovated, clean and spacious, this house can easily accommodate a large family of all ages.
Loads of space, including a fully-equipped gourmet eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, den, cozy living room, and family room. Plenty of bedrooms too: on the third floor, a master suite with queen size bed (plus, in the adjoining loft room, one queen floor futon,a couch, and a twin bed); on the second floor, four bedrooms, including two rooms with full beds, two with queen beds; on the first floor, the den includes a convertible full size futon couch. If need be, there are office/work areas on the second (internet access) and third floors. Relax in the evening out on the furnished wrap-around porch. Back yard garden features a large picnic table with umbrella and propane gas grill.
In this wonderful house, you'll be within an easy walk of all the best that Saratoga has to offer: the historic Racetrack; the restaurants, shops, bars, and clubs of Downtown; a weekly Farmers Market; our wonderful public library; playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts; and museums of all sorts. And its only a short drive to great public pools in the Spa State Park, to kayaking or canoeing on Saratoga Lake, to swimming at the sandy lake beach at Moreau State Park (great hiking too!), or to the beautiful greens of the renowned Saratoga National Golf Course.
