All the amenities you could want including air conditioning in the bedrooms and main room will guarantee your comfort. Watch the sunsets and the whales (in season) from your third floor, large, oceanfront balcony that comfortably seats seven. The panorama of the beach, ocean, and mountains are all in your view.
The building has a beautiful rooftop pool and gazebo and one of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta on the beach level. Within two blocks of this perfect location are everything you need for your vacation: restaurants, bars, ATMs, cambios, rental cars, taxi stands, spas, shops, coffee shops, farmacias, internet, juice bars, grocery stores, and more. No car is needed as you can walk to virtually everything and the taxi stand is about 50 feet from the door. There is maid service six days per week (excluding Sundays and Mexican Holidays) and door service 24/7.
The condo has all the extras including designer fabrics, hand woven rugs, original art, a large library of hardback and paperback books, beach towels, shampoo, bath gel, hair dryers, alarm clocks, and a notebook with our own recommendations. To maintain this high quality, pets and children under 15 are not allowed, and smoking is only allowed on the terrace. A maximum of four people can rent the unit--no exceptions.

Why the Owner Chose Romantic Zone
We have visited Puerto Vallarta for 20 years. La Palapa was our favorite location to rent among all the villas and condos we rented through the years. Finally we decided that ultimately we wanted to live someday in PV and an opportunity to buy in La Palapa presented itself. We jumped at the opportunity.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our location is one of the best in all of Vallarta because it is on the Los Muertos beach and is in the heart of the Zona Romantica (Old Town). The mountains are right behind us and the beach is in front of us. The Zona Romantica retains the old cobblestone streets and a taste of Mexican culture. Yet, we can walk to almost any convenience we would need within one or two blocks. We have one of the best restaurants in all of Vallarta on the premises.
