Accolades to Jack & Lee for doing such a superb job with the upscale renovation and interior design of their beautiful condo. Exceptional decor, accessories and amenities. Even designer bedding & towels. Loved the accent lighting and artwork throughout. CD player with perfect CD selection and great sound system. Excellent air conditioning came in handy during hot humid days! The attention to detail throughout this condo is truly amazing. This condo felt like a “home”, not just a “vacation rental”. We couldn’t have asked for more. And what a large, beautifully decorated terrace from which to enjoy the expansive view. The location on the beach can’t be beat! Fabulous restaurant directly below and numerous others nearby. I was initially a bit hesitant before booking because I was concerned that the beach below would be too crowded and noisy. But that was not the case. You only heard the waves, occasional Mariachi bands roaming the beach and in the evening, beautiful jazz music from the La Palapa Restaurant below. Jack was a pleasure to work with when booking. Very professional and personable. I’ve visited Puerto Vallarta on numerous occasions and this condo was the best by far. Finally, we really enjoyed the rooftop pool. When we previously stayed in villas on the hillside, the pools were only in full sun a few hours a day. Not the case here. Full sun the entire day, with the option of a shaded southwest corner with strong ocean breeze. We had a great trip. Thank you Jack & Lee.

What a beautiful condo! Stayed here for 8 wonderful days and could not have been more comfortable. The owners provide everything you might need for a great vacation at the beach. One of the best improvements to the condo that Jack has made is that each room is equiped with in room safes. I cannot wait to come and i will be staying in this condo.

Absolutely Gorgerous!

From the moment we walked in the door, we fell in love! This place is absolutely gorgeous. Every inch of Lee and Jack's condo is decorated beautifullly. We couldn't have been happier to have found such an amazing condo. It was hard to believe, but even better than the photos. The location is perfect! We were less than a block away shops, the market (a must stop on a Saturday) and great places to eat . At night, we sat on the large terrace watching the sunset and overlooking a tiki lit beach. One night, we even listened to an acoustic guitar player from the restaurant below while enjoying our cocktails. It was amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable and fell asleep listening to the waves. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you need and more. This is the first year that we brought our children to Vallarta. They loved the rooftop pool after a day on the beach. Our only regret was not staying longer! We cannot wait to return to Vallarta and this condo. Jack and Lee were professional and wonderful to work with. They were happy to answer all of our questions. We have been to Vallarta many times and this condo is by far the best placed we have stayed. Its absolutely gorgeous, perfect location, and cannot disappoint! Thank you Lee and Jack for renting ot our family. We had the best stay ever!

Great location on a wonderful beach. The weather was perfect - we never had to use the AC. Plenty of fun - we went snorkeling, jet skiing, and zip lining. Providing beach towels was a big plus. Jack made renting easy and provided all the information we wanted. We felt safe at the condo and in the surrounding area.

If you want to stay in Zona Romatica, you can't ask for a better condo in a better location. It is beautifully decorated yet very comfortable. We will be back again!

We made last-minute plans to visit PVR in mid-October and were very lucky to find Jack and Lee's home for our stay. It's always a little scary to make your decision based upon some photos on a website, but the reality truly exceeded our expectations--the condo is beautiful. The entire experience from making arrangements with Jack to staying at the condo was very professional and straightforward without any hidden surprises. Jack was so helpful with giving us exact instructions how to get from the airport to the condo, offering suggestions for restaurants and to answer any other questions we might have had. The staff at the condo were very nice, and the location perfect. We would certainly stay here again just to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the beautiful sunset and listening to the ocean....

Just returned from a glorious "spring break" week in PV and with my husband & 16 year old daughter! We loved the Zona Romantica and our beachfront Palapa #303 condo made it a very special experience! We felt like we were home with all the comfortable, lovely furnishings and well-appointed kitchen! The building staff and location were wonderful! We loved our easy beach access, fabulous rooftop pool and amazing sunset views! We had delicious meals at every restaurant we visited! We would definitely refer friends and family to stay here and hope to return again soon. Many thanks to Jack & Lee, our hosts, for making us feel so welcome!

This is the best Condo in the best building on the best beach in Puerto Vallarta. If you really want to experience Mexico, Zona Romantica is the place to stay and La Palapa Condominiums are the best condos in this area. They are right on the beach and the staff are absolutely wonderful. 303, in my experience, is the best unit in this building. The owners really know hospitality. Everything you could possibly need is provided, including hair dryers, shampoo, umbrellas, nice beach towels, and frosted mugs and french coffee in the freezer. This unit has quiet air conditioning and is beautifully decorated with an incredible oceanfront view. It really gives you the feel of luxury while at the same time the feel of home. I really can't recommend this condo more highly. You'll love it.

Wow. What incredible luck! It was my first visit to PV and we just happened to find one of the best places to stay in Romantica (old town). It's a charming neighborhood with cobblestone streets and open windows. A magical part of the city, and we fell in love with it. As the saying goes, "Location, Location, Location!" And this condo has it. Just a block or so walk down the beach from Blue Chairs, and within walking distance from virtually everywhere we went, this building is wonderfully located right on the beach. And don't skip the Restaurant downstairs just because it's in the building. People drive for miles just to eat there, so try it out during your stay. We own a beachfront condo on South Padre Island on the gulf, so we're qualified to say, this is a great condo and a perfect location. The view is priceless. The beautiful balcony beacons you every time you cross through the living room. The condo came complete with everything including fresh ground coffee... enough for the whole week. The condo is cozy and comfortable and the beds are top notch, a critical element in any accommodation. The real test of a condo is, do people want to come back to the same unit each time they return. And that's a definite "Yes" for us.

We love this condo! It is comfortable, charming, beautifully decorated and it has all the little extras you don't find in hotels. The locale is perfect: in walking distance (or a short taxi ride) to everything we needed. The rooftop pool and terrace was perfect for those amazing colorful PV sunsets. We look forward to our next visit to PV and staying in your condo!

Thank you for creating and sharing your lovely PV condo. We were there to witness every stunning sunset from the large and wonderful deck. The close proximity to shopping and sight-seeing was a bonus - yet it was so quiet! Since the condo provided everything we could imagine, we felt right at home. This is an incredible condo. It is in the best area of PV, quiet and still charming with lots of great restaurants around the corner. La Palapa 303 -- Thank you so much for providing us with a home away from home. We could not have asked for a better location. The condo is close to everything we needed: the beach, wonderful restaurants, dancing & shopping. And #303 is ideally outfitted with everything we needed from a fully equipped kitchen to books & games, a gorgeous large terrace to watch the whales each morning as we had breakfast. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated & the beds are extremely comfortable. I would recommend La Palapa #303 to anyone that wants an affordable, conveniently located & wonderfully appointed condo in the heart of Old Town Vallarta.

Perfect location for the perfect vacation in Puerto Vallarta! I have stayed at La Palapa many times over the past 20 years, but after discovering 303, all other units pale in comparison. The condo staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant and bar on the beach level is one of the best Vallarta has to offer... not to mention great entertainment nightly.

My husband and I have stayed in this condo many times. It is a wonderful place to stay. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect. The best beach around is right in front of you as well as a fabulous restaurant and bar attached to the condo building. We can comfortably walk to almost everything. We only use a cab to and from the airport. The building staff are top notch and very friendly and helpful. The interior of this condo is beautifully decorated and anything you can think of that you would need is there. The owners work hard to keep it in tip top shape. We go to Puerto Vallarta several times a year and this condo is always our #1 choice.
