Our Sanibel condo is a ground floor, non-smoking unit conveniently located within one mile of the causeway from Ft. Myers; near the Sanibel Lighthouse and Periwinkle Way. It is a short drive to Captiva. You will find this location important especially if you visit during peak season.
The unit is a stone's throw away from the beach - simply walk out the front door and you are about 100 steps away. The condo has a beautiful, screened-in, heated pool and a sun deck that catches the gulf breezes and views! The island offers bike paths throughout, shops, restaurants, the Ding Darling wildlife preserve, kayaking and the most amazing shelling you will ever find. The fishing pier and lighthouse are short walk or drive away.
Be prepared for paradise. Enjoy relaxing on the front porch taking in the gulf views or escape to the back porch for a nap. Pristine beaches await you and a friendly on-site management staff are there to be sure your stay is stress free.
Our families have lived on the island since the '70s. We hope that you will find that island life becomes a tradition for your family as well.

We love this unit my husband and I stayed here for two weeks last year and again this year. We loved collecting shells, digging holes in the sand and fishing off shore. We had several families here this week with us & everyone has had a great time. The condo is great, I love the open kitchen living area & the washer/dryer. We will return to G1 soon. The only complaint I would have about the unit is the sleeper sofa in the living room is really bad and not even comfortable to sit on which leaves you with only two recliners to sit. Otherwise it was a very clean and comfortable unit and would return. The grounds are well maintained and they were getting new beach chairs the day we left. Overall I would rate this place above most others on Sanibel for location, price and value for your money. The shelling was also great.
