A 17-foot stone fireplace with a 42-inch hearth invites all to stay and enjoy a meal prepared on the new granite top stove with pop-up vents located in the twelve foot island which seats four or the dining table which seats eight adults. There are two decks for after dinner entertainment or lunch as you watch the golfers go by on the seventh fairway. The open balcony and railing-less staircase does present a safety problem for children, but aesthetic charm for all adults.

There are two flat screen TVs in the home: one in a custom made pine cabinet in the living room, and a second, the 37-inch flat screen located in the newly carpeted recreational room as you enter through the sliding doors from the fairway. |
