  We had a wonderful week at this Wells Beach Condo. The weather was great and the beach house was excellent. The house was very bright and clean. It had everything you needed, including beach chairs supplied by the owners. It was just a short walk to the beach from our location. We reserved our week on-line and found the owners very easy to work with. I would recommend this to anyone looking to rent a neat little house. Renting from Sunday to Sunday was another perk for us.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  We so enjoyed this cottage. If cleanlines is important to you this is the cottege to rent. Very short walk to the beach. Although it is very small it worked for us 4 adults for we sat on the deck most of the time. Beautiful view of the marsh too. Peaceful and quiet. One thing I would suggest to owner is an umbrella for back deck. We can not wait to rent this cottage next year. I give it 5 stars. Ellen Murphy Walpole Ma..

  I must admit I was a little skeptical of renting a cottage online but after corresponding with the owner my comfort level greatly increased. On our arrival I was pleasantly surprised to find that the property actually fit the listing. The cottage was very clean and well cared for. The owners thought of everything a renter would need, including extras such as books, magazines, supplies, beach chairs,maps, etc. The owner called to make sure we got there ok and asked if we needed anything. He was readily available to answer any questions/concerns that I had. The beach was very close and the trolley stop was also close. Some good restaurants include The Lobster Pound, Barnicle Bill's, The Maine Diner and The Egg & I to name a few. We rented kayaks from Kayak Excursions and they were very accommodating. All in all it was a great week, I loved the cottage and would definitely recommend this particular cottage to all friends/family.

  We've stayed at this condo for a week in both the Summer of 2010 and again in 2011, and it is perfect for our needs; walking distance from the Public Way (to the Beach), the Arcade (for those rainy days) and other attractions in Wells. Also, by being marshside, it is a bit quieter that being on Mile Road or Atlantic, which is nice seeing as we have a young family to watch over. See you again next year!

  We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. Everything we needed was here. The location is perfect, so close to the beach with a gorgeous view. We couldn't ask for a better vacation. We look forward to next year.
