This one bedroom, one bath, third floor unit sleeps four... With a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The cook will find a fully-equipped kitchen... With a view of the Gulf of Mexico to boot! Dining table seats six. Note: Minimum rental age 25. No Pets. No Smoking.
Just outside Holiday Surf's door you can step into our heated pool... or take a few steps across sugar white sand to swim in the beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Holiday Surf offers two lighted tennis courts and separate men's and women's exercise facilities on-site. Opportunities for windsurfing,
parasailing, snorkeling, and fishing can be found along the beach too.
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the "jetties," where Gulf and Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and diving. And the perfect place for the end of the day... Here you can watch a parade of boats returning from Gulf to harbor as, behind them, the sun sinks into the Gulf of Mexico.
Only a few minutes' drive will take you to Destin Harbor... home of Destin's world-class charter fishing fleet, plus sailing excursions, sunset cruises, pleasure boat rentals, diving, and snorkeling trips... also, wonderful water-view restaurants and fun dockside bars. Nearby are abundant shopping opportunities... from exclusive boutiques to outlet stores, antiques, and art to sandals and bathing suits. The beach is so beautiful! The area is quiet and isolated but close to great restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean and the staff at Holiday Surf was great. Out the front door and a few steps to the gulf. I'm definately coming back as soon as I can

the condo was great! we had our kids with us and they enjoyed it. the air conditioning was cold, the room was clean and very adequate, although it was kind of 70's decor, no one seemed to mind!. wifi was kind of weak, but it worked. it has a nice view of the ocean and is just yards away from the beach. we especially enjoyed the beach at night when just a few crabbers were around. the beach was very clean, and it was a nice family atmosphere without much drama. the pool was also very enjoyable. we would do it again next year if we go that way. thanks! the frusciantes

This condo is very nice and was very clean. Hotel staff was very nice. The owner and the guys at Holiday Isle Properties were great to work with. Weather was so perfect we stayed an additional day. Beach restoration is complete and the beach is very nice with lots of seashells & sharks teeth. Only dislike was view of ocean - didn't really like looking over tennis courts to look at the ocean - they should be located in side parking lot near street.

We would personally like to thank the owner for the use of his home. Nothing has changed in the six years since we have been there, (except the size of the beach but we were told that will be fixed soon.) Enjoyed the view, cooking in the kitchen and relaxing on the patio. Most time was spent on the beach enjoying the beautiful water. Again, thank you for making your home available.
