  The beach is so beautiful! The area is quiet and isolated but close to great restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean and the staff at Holiday Surf was great. Out the front door and a few steps to the gulf. I'm definately coming back as soon as I can

  We had a blast, the fishing was great and we will be coming back in May!!

  I highly recomend this condo ! Me and my son had a blast on the beach all day fishing and snorkeling. We will definatley be back in the near future. The experience will be unforgetable. The condo is in great condition and is located in a very relaxing enviorment...... Thanks Guys

  My family of 4 rented this condo for our spring break from Illinois. We loved the Holiday Surf & Racquet and plan to return again this year. My son and daughter both "loved" the shuffleboard and we were regular players daily. Many of the "snowbirds" wanted to sign our kids up to play with them! Thanks for a great spring break!

  RANDY THANKS FOR RENTING US YOUR CONDO. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO OTHERS AS I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED MY NEXT ADVENTURE. THE CONDO WAS CLEAN. PHOTOS ARE THE EXACT AS IF YOU ARE STANDING IN THE UNIT. SECURITY OFFICERS WERE SEEN AT ALL HOURS EVEN THOUGH YEAR ROUND OWNERS TOLD US AT THE POOL ,SAFETY HAS NOT BEEN ANY PROBLEMS. WE LIKED THE FACT THE HOLIDAY INN OR MARRIOT ISN'T IN THE AREA SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SPACE AT THE BEACH OR GROUPS TRAMPLING YOUR GRANDCHILDS SAND CASLE, BECAUSE THERE IS NOT A PUBLIC BEACH ENTRANCE FOR QUITE A DISTANCE. ALL OF THE PUBLIC AREAS OF THE BULIDING ARE WELL KEPT, ESPECIALLY THE COIN LAUNDRY. YOU ALSO DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT YOUR TOWLES OR SUITS BLOWING AWAY ON THE BALCONY! IT'S SCREENED IN!!! YES, YOU CAN SIP ON A COLD DRINK WHILE YOUR FEET ARE PROPPED UP AND NOT GET ATE UP BY BUG'S.IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A CLEAN QUIET GETAWAY THIS IS THE PLACE TO RELAX. PLAY CARDS BY THE POOL.WHERE MANY YEAR ROUND OWNERS ARE VERY FREINDLY AND WILL SUGGEST THE BEST SPOT TO GO EAT WHAT YOUR HUNGRY FOR. DON'T FORGET YOUR BINOCULARS. WE SAW MANY!!!! DOLPHINS DAILY FROM OUR BALCONY. THE ONLY SUGGESTION I HAVE IS A GUEST BOOK WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA TO WRITE DOWN GREAT PLACES WHERE YOU HAD FUN, ATE OR MAYBE A PLACE TO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY HAVE ONE AT THE OTHER CONDO WE USE. IT'S FUN TO READ.

  The condo was great! It was perfect for our purpose...morning coffee on the deck, a relaxing day on the beach with a jaunt inside for lunch then back to the beach till we were fairly fried...then we would shower and be off to dinner and a little stolling. If it sounds monotonous, it is...you'll love it. Randy was great to work with...thank you again! We are seasoned travelers but this was our first visit to Destin...loved the sugary soft sand and tourquoise water. We will be back again to 312. You can't beat the location and price! The beach chairs are $20 a day for 2 and an umbrella...it's $15 if you rent for 3 or more. We did so because we needed the shade. We also brought a couple of beach chairs.

  Holiday Isle is a great location in Destin for a condo. Holiday Surf and Raquet Club is an older building but very well maintained. We loved the location. The staff , residents and snowbirds are awesome friendly people. The beach is gorgeous and right outside your door. The pool is warm. The unit itself is very outdated, in need of paint and a decorator. The kitchen is a mismatch of Goodwill items. We had to contact management for more towels, lack of spoons, forks and incomplete cup and measuring spoon sets. We really enjoyed Destin and will return to a different unit.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  Owner response: We have rented our condo since 2003. Most of our guests are people who have stayed with us before. Surpassing our guest's expectations is the most important thing we can do. We have never had a bad review. We are always open to suggestions to make our guests stay as enjoyable as possible. In February we replaced our TVs with flat screens. In November we purchased new kitchen ware. We have a dedicated and experienced staff to serve you. If you want to stay directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world you'll like our condo. It is well maintained and clean. The view from our deck is beautiful. So is the location. Destin is a special place....

  the condo was great! we had our kids with us and they enjoyed it. the air conditioning was cold, the room was clean and very adequate, although it was kind of 70's decor, no one seemed to mind!. wifi was kind of weak, but it worked. it has a nice view of the ocean and is just yards away from the beach. we especially enjoyed the beach at night when just a few crabbers were around. the beach was very clean, and it was a nice family atmosphere without much drama. the pool was also very enjoyable. we would do it again next year if we go that way. thanks! the frusciantes

  This condo is very nice and was very clean. Hotel staff was very nice. The owner and the guys at Holiday Isle Properties were great to work with. Weather was so perfect we stayed an additional day. Beach restoration is complete and the beach is very nice with lots of seashells & sharks teeth. Only dislike was view of ocean - didn't really like looking over tennis courts to look at the ocean - they should be located in side parking lot near street.

  We would personally like to thank the owner for the use of his home. Nothing has changed in the six years since we have been there, (except the size of the beach but we were told that will be fixed soon.) Enjoyed the view, cooking in the kitchen and relaxing on the patio. Most time was spent on the beach enjoying the beautiful water. Again, thank you for making your home available.
