WELCOME! There is a Difference in Units! Our units are in the most desirable North Tower, the excitement center of Sea Watch Resort. The North Tower is the home to all the happening events at Sea Watch. The restaurant & conference center, ice cream & coffee shop, the fitness center and the arcade. There is Free WiFi internet in our condos with your own laptop computer. In the summer, regular scheduled pool parties are hosted at the North Tower pool and Tiki Bar with a DJ and fun for everyone! In the winter, the North Tower has a large enclosed heated pool, hot tub and kiddie pool for year round water fun!
Our condominium home away from home is a one bedroom with a king bed located in the North Tower. Enjoy the separate oceanfront living room with a QUEEN sofa bed, and a full kitchen. (This is not a studio apt.) It has a fantastic oceanfront view with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or even a meal. The unit is perfect for a couple or a small family (2-4).
We completely redecorated our home away from home with a new king size bed, NEW living room furniture, new carpet & tile, new drapes and bedspreads, new paint and wall coverings. New HDTV Flat Screen TVS too! We have added lots of nautical decorating touches to make it more cozy and comfortable for our guests too!
Our condominiums are fully equipped with everything you could need in a kitchen and has lots of linen's and towels. There is an on-site laundry facility in the building if needed.
We have been coming to Sea Watch Resort for about 7 years and once you experience the fantastic vacation amenities of Sea Watch, you will never go anywhere else! Sea Watch is an "Endless Fun"

The condo was nice and complete with everything you needed. It had a fantastic view of the ocean and a great location for shopping, shows and restaurants. Pam and Bob are easy to deal with and we hope to come back again.

Most enjoyable stay. Have been going to Myrtle Beach for the past 5 years for winter break. Finally found a place to call home away from home. Great condo with a fantastic view of the ocean. Easy to get to close to shopping and great restaurants. The complex has alot to offer. The owners were wonderful to deal wit. Great vacation plan n returning yearly!

Relaxing Week at a Wonderful Resort

My mom and I spent the week of July 9th - July 16th at Pam and Bob's condo on the 3rd floor. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. The location was great - close to shopping and restaurants. The view from the balcony was amazing. The keyless entry was great. It was so nice not to have to worry about carrying around a room key all week. The resort itself was well maintained and provided a lot of entertainment and activities...pool parties with a DJ, karaoke, fireworks almost every night. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. We enjoyed a very relaxing week with perfect weather. Thanks Pam for a wonderful week! We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back again! We would recommend this condo and resort to anyone.

My husband and I spent the 4th of July week here. It was absolutely wonderful! The unit was very clean, well stocked with anything you might need, and had a beautiful view of the resort and beach. We cannot say enough how great this 1 bedroom condo was. The location and view was incredible. The entire resort was kept up very nice and the location to the outlets, restaurants and Walmart couldn't have been any better. Everything that the owner mentioned that would be uncluded in the unit was there. The third level parking area was great as you would be right at the door, with a keyless entry no less. We had a great week of weather and the balcony was even big enough to sunbath if you didn't feel like going down to the pool or ocean. Again, thank you Pam for an awesome week. We were very lucky to find your rental and we are already talking about returning next year.

We stayed at your condo for a week over Christmas. It was cozy, comfortable and everything as you described it. The property was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property and I'm sure we will be back again soon. My husband and I are sensitive to cigarette smoke, and this unit has not been smoked in.

Your condo on the 3rd floor at seawatch was great, just enough room for 2 people, no more than 4. You had everything we needed for our stay except for a few essentials that you asked us to bring along.with us. The condo was clean,easily accessible from the garage was great.Your linen closet was a great asset to have, being stocked with plenty of towels and wash clothes for a week long stay. The weather this week was great also,80-82 sunny everyday.We loved the size of the balcony, the largest balcony I have had on all my trips to myrtle beach. Thank you for the lounge chair for my girlfriend to lay out on the balcony on a few occasions. I would definitely recomend your condo to others.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us. It as so clean and nicely decorated and amply stocked with everything you would need. The nicest balcony we've ever had in MB. You were so accommodating and friendly when making our arrangements. It was nice to have chairs and umbrella if needed. The bed was so comfortable and the bath room was quite sizeable by MB standards. I know there were others at the resort who would've have wished for our condo! I loved the proximity to Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row. So convenient and a lovely area of the strand! Thanks again.
