We had a great time here in the condo! Weather was a bit cold(surprisingly), but the view is awesome and condo itself is very comfortable. The condo was super clean, tons of channels on the tv, location is nearby everything, and owner is a pleasure to work with! Will look to rent here again!

We stayed in Bob and Pam's third floor condo at Seawatch and it was great. We never had to use the elevator and the view was terrific. The pools were very nice and there was entertainment almost daily.The beach was very clean and easy to get to from our room.We plan on coming back next summer.

A break from winter!

We stayed in this unit for a couple of weeks in February. It was all that it was advertised to be and more! Extremely clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. Several extra small appliances included what you would probably not see in a holiday rental. The decor of a beach theme was very fitting. The communication with the owner was very good, they got back to us usually within a few hours and the deal was sealed quickly. SeaWatch Plantation itself is in a great location and walking the beach was one of our favourite activities. Unfortunately we had issues with Time Warner Cable (internet provider) through no fault of the owner and could not access the internet from our unit. However, the reception in the lobby was fine. One should check out the House of Blues for their Sunday morning breakfast and take in a movie on Stimulus Night, can't beat it. Lots or restaurants to choose from even though several were closed because of the time of year. Thanks for making this a great holiday!

The condo was nice and complete with everything you needed. It had a fantastic view of the ocean and a great location for shopping, shows and restaurants. Pam and Bob are easy to deal with and we hope to come back again.

Relaxing Week at a Wonderful Resort

My mom and I spent the week of July 9th - July 16th at Pam and Bob's condo on the 3rd floor. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. The location was great - close to shopping and restaurants. The view from the balcony was amazing. The keyless entry was great. It was so nice not to have to worry about carrying around a room key all week. The resort itself was well maintained and provided a lot of entertainment and activities...pool parties with a DJ, karaoke, fireworks almost every night. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. We enjoyed a very relaxing week with perfect weather. Thanks Pam for a wonderful week! We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back again! We would recommend this condo and resort to anyone.

My husband and I spent the 4th of July week here. It was absolutely wonderful! The unit was very clean, well stocked with anything you might need, and had a beautiful view of the resort and beach. It was exactly what the description said it was. Pam was a joy to work with, with quick responses to all emails and questions. We hope to return soon for another stay! Most enjoyable stay. Have been going to Myrtle Beach for the past 5 years for winter break. Finally found a place to call home away from home. Great condo with a fantastic view of the ocean. Easy to get to close to shopping and great restaurants. The complex has alot to offer. The owners were wonderful to deal wit. Great vacation plan n returning yearly!

1 Bedroom condo

We cannot say enough how great this 1 bedroom condo was. The location and view was incredible. The entire resort was kept up very nice and the location to the outlets, restaurants and Walmart couldn't have been any better. Everything that the owner mentioned that would be uncluded in the unit was there. The third level parking area was great as you would be right at the door, with a keyless entry no less. We had a great week of weather and the balcony was even big enough to sunbath if you didn't feel like going down to the pool or ocean. Again, thank you Pam for an awesome week. We were very lucky to find your rental and we are already talking about returning next year.

We stayed at your condo for a week over Christmas. It was cozy, comfortable and everything as you described it. The property was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property and I'm sure we will be back again soon. My husband and I are sensitive to cigarette smoke, and this unit has not been smoked in.

Your condo on the 3rd floor at seawatch was great, just enough room for 2 people, no more than 4. You had everything we needed for our stay except for a few essentials that you asked us to bring along.with us. The condo was clean,easily accessible from the garage was great.Your linen closet was a great asset to have, being stocked with plenty of towels and wash clothes for a week long stay. The weather this week was great also,80-82 sunny everyday.We loved the size of the balcony, the largest balcony I have had on all my trips to myrtle beach. Thank you for the lounge chair for my girlfriend to lay out on the balcony on a few occasions. I would definitely recomend your condo to others.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us. It as so clean and nicely decorated and amply stocked with everything you would need. The nicest balcony we've ever had in MB. You were so accommodating and friendly when making our arrangements. It was nice to have chairs and umbrella if needed. The bed was so comfortable and the bath room was quite sizeable by MB standards. I know there were others at the resort who would've have wished for our condo! I loved the proximity to Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row. So convenient and a lovely area of the strand! Thanks again.

Great unit. Well furnished, very clean, best location in Myrtle Beach. Seawatch is the place for families and this unit is better than advertised. We had a wonderful time and will be back next year!

My wife Patti,our 13 yr old son Jordan,and I stayed in Pam and Bobs condo from Aug 20-29th and had a FANTASTIC time. The resort was alot of fun with so much to do you'll never be bored.From the pools and hot tubs to the restaurant and tiki bar,to the game room and gym,to the ice cream shop and convenient store,this place has everything.The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was spotless.The location was in enough of a residential area that it seemed private,yet it was close to everything. The condo was beautifully decorated and very well stocked.From the minute you open the door and walk into the bedroom with the king bed and flat screen tv,you feel that you are home. The place was spotless and the oceanfront view was incredible.You had PLENTY of towels and you never needed for anything. We are almost afraid to suggest staying here for the fear that it will be rented the next time we want to lol.But we HIGHLY suggest you give Pam and Bobs place a try.PLUS they have an identical condo on the 10th floor (this was on the 3rd). *****Fantastic View, Clean, Convenient, Perfect Vacation! I highly recommend this condo. It had the perfect location! While eating breakfast on the balcony, we actually saw dolphins on three different days. The kids loved that! Everything was close. This was very helpful having kids who are 7 and 5. I cannot say enough about the great time that we had. It helps when you have a condo that has the perfect location and view. It was in the center of everything! Also it was very well stocked. I was very impressed! I will recommend this to my family and friends. We are already planning on booking a trip back here next year! Without a doubt, I will be booking with you again! ***** Wonderful, Fabulous...Great!!! My friends and family have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 20+years. I must say this condo was the nicest place we've ever stayed. It was clean, decorations were great, had a personal touch so you felt right at home. The view and ammenities were wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone. I got one of the brochures so that I can show it to everyone, and am in the process of booking this condo for Sept. or Oct. It's wonderful, just as described, although the pics don't do it justice! The mall and outlest, grocery store, Walmart, entertainment, everything you need is close by! Thankyou for allowing me to enjoy this condo. Best Place On The Beach!*** This condo is something directly from your dreams! As my first experience at the beach and first time seeing the ocean, I couldn't have imagined anything more perfect! This condo is clean and this resort has everything you need and more. It is just minutes from all the finest attractions and shopping Myrtle Beach has to offer. I cannot wait to come back! I am so sad to leave. Most of the time on vacation you have a great time, then start to miss home. I do not miss Ohio at all! If I could stay here forever I would. If you are looking for a great condo then this is the spot. Not to mention you will be renting from two of the nicest people. This condo is everything they promise and much much more! Pam, Your oceanfront condo was everything that the pictures and description promised. After visiting Myrtle Beach for the past ten years and staying at a different resort EVERY year, we have finally found one that we were completely satisfied with. Having the beach towels, linens, and beach mats in the condo was extremely convenient, but the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the condo was a major plus for me. We look forward to staying in your condo again. It is nice to know I will not have to shop for condos next year as I have done in the past. I appreciate your efforts to keep such a nice place. We Will Definately Return! We have traveled to Myrtle Beach many times but this was our first time at Sea Watch. Wish we had found this place sooner! Everything was perfect; especially our room overlooking the beach and pool area. Everything you could imagine was provided, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and even beach toys! Really liked the hotel entrance being away from the congestion of the other hotels and traffic. The pools are very clean with plenty of pools to pick from and lots of lounge chairs available. Never a problem finding a parking space in the attached garage. The hotel conceirge helped us with golf times and show tickets and couldn't have been for helpful and friendly. We were lucky to have found this condo and we can't wait to return!

This condo is exactly as described. The owners take very good care of it and it is very clean and nicely decorated. The table on the private balcony is a very nice addition. The Seawatch is a great resort and we had a great time!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful condo at Myrtle Beach! The condo is beautifully furnished and has all the ammenities that one would need. The location is perfect where the condo rests between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach and just a few minutes from Wal-Mart as I always forget something. Another great thing that wasn't mentioned was all the neat activites that are hosted onsite by the hotel itself. I am sure this is only seasonal however. I would definately recommend renting this property to anyone, I am sure you would have a wonderful time!!

We just got back from a wonderful week in your tenth floor condo at Seawatch. Wow! You have put so much time into decorating the condo and making it feel like home. Plus, the amenities at the resort were wonderful. We loved how there was always a measure of privacy due to the sheer number of pools. The last condo we rented only had one pool and one lazy river! The view was great. The bed was comfortable. The weather was perfect. We couldn't have been more pleased. Also, thanks for the advance warning about the Biker Weekend. We were glad to be away from the heavy crowds thronging Central Myrtle Beach during the weekend we arrived. We hope to come back and have recommended your unit to our family.

Also I would like to tell you how helpful everyone was there from the parking garage attendent to the front desk they enjoyed helping and went the extra mile to make sure we didn't need anything else, always a smile. Thanks again for sharing your second home with my family. I am a single father with three children, this week was magical to us. As a family we used to visit the east coast, but this week was extra special. We enjoyed walking on the beach to the pier, swimming in the ocean, shopping, eating out. Our stay at Myrtle Beach was wonderful! The condo was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed eating out on the balcony and watching the waves on a daily basis. The condo had everything we needed for a week's stay and then some! Pam was wonderful in helping plan our vacation. Everything on the website is very accurate--what you see is what you actually get! Beautiful complex, well maintained, good security, great location on northern Myrtle Beach! We would definitely go back and stay at the same condo!

Wow! Fantastic! This is the absolutely BEST condo we have ever stayed in a Sea Watch. We have been coming to this resort for years and just went through the hotel. We heard about your condo from some friends and it was so much nicer than any of the other rooms we have stayed in. The owners were so nice and easy to work with. They made everything just perfect for our vacation. The condo had everything we needed and then some. It was so clean, comfortable and decorated so nicely. We could tell they really love their place and take great care of it. Sea Watch is a wonderful resort and we love it and now that we have found this condo, we hope to stay here everytime time we come to Myrtle Beach. This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, not only the Sea Watch with its pools, hot tubs and other amenities, but the condo itself was GREAT! We loved sitting in the comfortable chairs on the balcony watching the waves roll in. How wonderful that the table was upgraded to enable us to have a relaxing meal there! The condo was not only clean, but well stocked with towels and linens, which has not been the case in some previous places that we have stayed. Everything was obviously well maintained, we could tell that the owners love their home away from home. And, they were friendly and so easy to deal with! We will be returning to Myrtle Beach next year and hope to be able to stay here again. WE LOVED IT!!

Pam, We had the best time staying in your condo at Sea Watch in Myrtle Beach. It was perfect for a girl's beach trip. It will also be perfect for our small family as well. We loved the view and the decor. It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back next year! Thanks so much!

Hi Pam, How can we thank you for such a wonderful 7 days. Your condo was perfect for us. Lovde the nautical theme.It had all the comforts of home from a coffee pot to TP. The view was great and romantic to say the least. We enjoyed the DJ and Tiki Bar very much. We will for sure be contacting you next year when vacation time rolls around again. Hi Pam, We had a wonderful time at your condo. We spent alot of time at the beach and pools. Weather was great and we really liked your place. If we hear of anyone looking for a place at Myrtle Beach we will send them your way. Have a Great Summer!

Hi Bob & Pam, We hot here on 1/26. John asked me to marry him in your living room. It was wonderfuland I said yes so this vacation will be in our minds and hearts forever.
