Kismet Condo is located at in Ariel Dunes II which is now part of the Seacape resort community. The condo is brand-new! We offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms with all the upgraded amenities: granite countertops, stainless steel appliance, flat screen TVs, and an ocean view.

Ariel Dunes, which is located in Seascape, was conceived to exist in harmony with the unspoiled natural beauty of the coast, so residents and guests can enjoy the lush tropical breeze, soft sands and golden sunsets the way nature truly intended. The resort has a quarter mile of the world's most beautiful beaches and features a challenging 18 hole golf course, swimming pools, tennis courts and miles of trails for walking jogging rollerblading or cycling. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available on the quarter mile of sugar white sand beaches where The Whales Tail serves meals and drinks and provides musical entertainment.

  • What a wonderful condo! We had a wonderful vacation at the end of April. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook all of our meals and eat dinner on the balcony and watch the sunset. Very clean and inviting. Great location to go to the beach or out on the town. We have a wonderful time and plan on going again! Such a great place to relax and enjoy. The pools were really nice and we even went to the workout room! Great condo, great location and just an enjoyable stay! Thank you so much!

  • This is our family’s FAVORITE quick vacation get-away!! The drive from Atlanta is easy, and the condo is beautiful, clean and centrally located to food and activities. There are a lot of families with children, so the property has a nice family feeling to it. The pools are lovely and the walk to the beach is fun. We always bring our own food, so it’s great to get up and cook our own breakfasts in the condo, but it’s nice to be so close to restaurants, too. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Kismet condo…we can’t wait to go again!

  • Everything was just the way it should be. The decor made you feel right at home yet very far away at the same time. Great locale within distance of everything you could need. The owner was professional and a pleasure to deal with (Nancy, you're the best!). Our family enjoyed ourselves to the fullest and look forward to staying again.   • We loved staying in the condo. It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our vacation. Also, it has a great location, walking distance to the beach, above the swimming pool and close to all kinds of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shops! We would definately recommend this place to our friends and family and plan on staying there again!

  • What a delightful trip. The condo was well decorated and perfect for our family. The owner called to make sure everything was suitable to our taste. The owner was gracious and the transaction was very smoooth. Highly recommend! Will come again next year.
