Newer condo in great midtown location, close to shopping and restaurants, and is directly across from the Ocean City Convention Center. Walk to Seacrets or take the bus around town for $2.00 a day.
Sit outside on the large balcony with bay and sunset views. This unit is beautifully decorated and has all of the comforts of home. Living room is beautifully furnished and has a TV and fireplace. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, Silestone counter tops, and is fully equipped. Large master suite has its own private bathroom, and balcony access.
Unit has three TVs, two DVD players, two VCRs, cable/HBO, a stereo (with CD player)and local telephone service. Unit comes with two reserved covered parking spaces. Beach chairs and a boogie board are provided. Bring your linens and beach towel - only a 30 second walk to the beach! Some beach toys, books, games and videos are provided. Bring bed linens, towels, and beach towels (and paper products!)

It is so beautiful in this condo. It's warm and inviting with some beachy flair. I love the midtown location, which makes it convenient no matter where I need to go.

We will definitely be renting this place again. I love the view of the sunset in the evening off the balcony. The place is decorated so nice, I feel like it's out of a magazine! The beds are comfortable, and the kids had a great time in the pool, which is right next door to the unit, I could watch them from the balcony.
