This oversized unit has 1500 square feet of luxury and is professionally decorated with TVs and DVDs in all bedrooms. Free Wireless Internet is available as well! The main living area has a brand new high definition LCD flat panel HDTV with DVD player, VCR, and a new X-Box 360. Wake up to the sounds of the gulf from your beautiful beach front master bedroom with king bed and balcony access.
The sleeping arrangements are one king in master, a king in the second bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in living area, and a pack and play crib is provided for our youngest guests.
You will have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook your gourmet meals, including a Vera Bradley Cookbook. Enjoy new appliances and stunning granite countertops. Your beautiful dining table seats 8 comfortably or feel free to pull up stools to the kitchen bar area. We have now added an elegant game table with two parsons chairs and lots of vintage style board games and puzzles for additional entertainment. We also provide a high chair in our unit.
Grandview East is very conveniently located near everything such as grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and many other family oriented activities such as miniature golf, movie theatres and tons of shopping. Many are within walking distance in this very popular area of Panama City Beach.

My husband and I are looking forward to staying here again next month. We stayed in this condo a few years ago and we couldn't have asked for more beautiful or well-stocked accommodations. We have vacationed in condos where we were hard pressed to find a can opener, much less all the wonderful cooking utensils Judy stocks her kitchen with. Our only complaint was that our time there was too short!

My husband and I, along with another couple and their toddler stayed here in June/July 2010. Not only is the condo beautiful, but the views are breathtaking! There were beach supplies already at the condo and plenty of toys for the toddler to enjoy. Judy was WONDERFUL to work with. We had a problem occur with the balcony door and she had it fixed in no time! Judy was staying in another condo in the complex at the same time we were there and she made it a point to come introduce herself and make sure we had everything we needed. She is so sweet and very personable. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

This is the most amazing condo on PCB hands down! We normally have to go out and buy the little extra's like dishwasher detergent and usually take our own pans to cook with. Much to my surprise, this condo was so nicely appointed with top quality items and all the little things that make it feel like home were already there waiting on us. It was by far the best vacation we have ever had in PCB.

We came for a Mom's Getaway in April 2009 and it was AWESOME. The condo is just as nice as the pics and Ms.Judy is wonderful to work with. We are planning on making this our annual place for our Mom's Getaway. It was definitely a place to enjoy away from home! My friends and I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who enjoys being spoiled. :o)

We stayed at this beautiful condo in May 2007. It was absolutely luxurious! The bedroom with ocean view is fantastic. The owner has equipped and furnished the condo so that everything you need is there. I look forward to staying in this unit again. And...Judy is great to deal with.

this was a beautiful condo, clean, comfortable and like new, and right on the beautiful beach. the owner treated us more like friends than clients and everything was perfect. we watched dolphins as we drank our morning coffee each day. It was a great week. Can't wait to go back.
