This 2300 sq. ft beautiful custom home has been built with the vacationer in mind being only 2 miles from Heavenly ski resort, 2.5 miles from the lake and 3 miles from the casinos. The home plan is one of reverse living with the Great Room and Master Bedroom located upstairs and the two other bedrooms and den/family room located down stairs. Each bedroom will sleep 3+ people.
The master bedroom contains a King Bed and Day Bed. Both downstairs bedrooms have Queen Beds and a Bunk Bed that sleeps 4+. There is a large bathroom with tub/shower enclosure and laundry facility downstairs, a bath with shower located off the hall upstairs, and a large luxurious bathroom is located in the master bedroom. Soak in the comfort of a 2 person spa surrounded by marble.
You'll find a large deck off the Great Room that offers sunny mornings for breakfast outside, a Hot Tub for relaxing, and gas barbecue for the chef's.
