Located on a quiet, vehicles-prohibited walk street in a neighborhood with many restaurants, bike and skate rental shops and other retail stores (see photos below). Nightly rate ($190) and weekly rate ($1,200) includes everything. No other charges, taxes, or fees

  • This was the vacation of the year for me and my husband. We wanted a laid-back yet eclectic beach vacation, and we got it. Dick and his wife were wonderful. And the apartment is open, spacious, and in a rockin location. I can't say enough good things about our stay.

  • We stayed at this location from 9/21-9/28. From the beginning Dick made us feel right at home. He and his wife take great care of the place, and it includes all of the amenities you'd find in a great hotel plus a full kitchen and laundry. The location is a block from great restaurants (and 2 mini- marts), the famous Venice Beach Boardwalk is right around the corner, and it's a nice, romantic stroll down to the Santa Monica Pier. My wife and I strongly recommend renting here. Many thanks to Dick and his wife for making this available to us!

  • Dick was a gracious host and accommodating. He is a nice man. The apartment was clean, plenty of room for 2 adults, nicely furnished and Dick's special touches were very nice. You can't beat the location. We were 1/2 block walk to the beach, 2 blocks from the Canal section, 1/2 block to the restaurants and stores, 1 block to the pier, 1/2 block to the boardwalk, and not far from access to highways for travel. We walked to dinner many nights. The Harbor in Marina Del Ray was a pleasant (15-20 min) walk also. Dick suggested some local restaurants which were good. We would rent this property again if we return to vacation in Venice Beach.

  • Our family totally enjoyed staying in this apartment which is less than a block from the beach, restaurants, and several shops. We were able to walk and ride bikes everywhere, and especially enjoyed riding bikes several miles on Ocean Front Walk, Venice, and Marina del Rey. The owner was extremely hospitible and attentive making our stay just perfect!! Highly recommended to anyway wanting a convenient place to stay with a true Venice,CA atmosphere. Thanks again to the owner for everything!

  • I enjoyed my stay at this cozy apartment. Just steps from the beach and restaurants with it’s own parking space it is a perfect little get away. Safe, modern, clean, and with a host that is a true gem. Wish I were still there.

  • This was such a comfortable, enjoyable and safe place to stay. The owner is such a nice person and really makes sure you have anything you need. I would recommend it to anyone I know and would also stay there again. The price is right and it's a block from the beach, restaurants etc. Very nice and clean.
