This Eagles Overlook Townhome combines luxury, style and location into one. The main living area features a gas fireplace, fine furniture, high vaulted ceilings and a LG HDTV. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has all stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and bar which will seat a total of four people plus another ten at the dining room table. There is plenty of room for everyone with a second living room. There are five bedrooms in the townhome with two king beds, three queen beds, one twin and a queen sized sleeper sofa. This Eagles Overlook Townhome is located above the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club with breathtaking views of the entire Yampa Valley. Relax on one of the two large decks and soak it all in.
