Welcome to Villa Magna, the newest Beachfront Condominium Residences. Come stay at our luxury beachfront, one bedroom condo with Wireless DSL Internet & cable TV. It is on the 8th floor with spectacular views of the ocean looking north towards Punta Mita and south towards the mountains and downtown Puerto Vallarta. White water views and hear the waves crash on the beach in front of you. Villa Magna is a gated 5 star community consisting of private beach front condo residences. There are 3 gigantic pools, hot tub, luxury spa services, tennis, gym, bikes, business center, concierge, beach bar & restaurants at Villa Magna. There are numerous free events each week including yoga classes, Spanish lessons and evening shows with live music. Room service is available from the adjacent hotel including pizza, hamburgers, sushi, etcetera. The hotel will also deliver wine, beer and bottles of spirits to the condo at prices comparable to nearby grocery stores.
The condo is on the best sandy beach in PV where you can walk along an 18 mile beach from Villa Magna to Bucerias. It is located 15 minutes north of the airport, 20-25 minutes north of downtown PV. There are many excellent restaurants within a few blocks, plus 3 world class golf courses. The condo is about one mile north (15 minute walk) from the Paradise Village Resort/Mall.
The interior was professionally decorated in a contemporary style by the leading interior design firm in PV. The condo has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It has high quality furniture, a large 32' LCD TV with DVD/CD/AM/FM tuner player, sound system and Cable TV in the living room. The bedroom has a DVD player and cable/LCD TV. There are blackout shades in the bedroom which many other Villa Magna condos do not have. These shades provide much needed privacy at night and let you sleep later in the morning. Secure wireless, DSL internet is available directly in the condo at no extra charge.
There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a very comfortable Serta mattress for the bed and mattress soft top for the queen sofa bed. There are 500 thread USA luxury linens, plenty of soft pillows and towels.
Bathrobes, a hair dryer, wall magnifying mirror, iron/ironing board are provided. There is a GE refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, electric range, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to cook for and serve four people. There is a cooler and a boogie board. There are 2 chairs and a table on the outdoor deck. Daily cleaning available.
Buses to downtown/airport stop 2 blocks from the condo and the taxi stand is one block away. There is a water taxi nearby to go to downtown Puerto Vallarta (El Centro) via the ocean. A car rental agency is in the hotel if you want to rent a car for a day or two. An ATM is also 2 blocks away.
There is a beach bar and numerous, excellent restaurants (Mexican, French, Italian, Mediteranean, Asian) within two blocks walk down the beach, 5 which are at the Vallarta Grand Velas Resort, plus Bernardos, a French-Carribean Seafood Restaurant, Rivera, a Mediterranean restaurant, and the Fajita Republic, a local Mexican favorite. Puerto Vallarta is known for having many excellent gourmet restaurants. The fresh seafood in this area is fantastic.
The weather from October - June is usually fantastic with sunny days in the mid 80s and nights in the upper 60s/low 70s. Many people have told us they find the weather to be consistently better in Puerto Vallarta than in Hawaii. The rainy season occurs in August and September with hot, humid weather similar to Houston. The whale season is December to March. November and early December is a great time to come and see the turtles crawl out of the ocean and lay eggs and then watch the baby turtles hatch out of their shells. The First Half of November is the Gourmet Dining Festival where famous chefs are showcased at many gourmet restaurants. The first half of December there are many special Mexican Christmas Festivities. The second half of May is Gourmet Food Festival with many world class restaurants offering special discounted prices.

We had a blast in PVR, the place is everything listed here and then some, Mary is wonderful to work with the condo has everything you need, just bring your toothbrushes! Read up on the tips & tricks she includes to learn about the best places to eat, shop, drink, party, exchange money, rides and hang-outs...we'll come back for sure, wish we could stay longer. We saved so much money and felt we got a great deal ALL the way around; from taxi ride to the condo from the airport to where to spend less and get more bang for your money!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

My wife and I just returned home from our annual 1 week trip to Mexico. We had a great time and are already planning our trip back next April. Mary was great to work with. Communication back and forth between us was quick and easy. She answered any questions I had before we left and I even emailed her a couple times while I was there. The condo was as advertised. GREAT!!. Beautiful view of the pools, ocean and sunset from the balcony. The beach is great. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas to grab shade if needed. She even supplied 2 boogie boards that we got a ton of use out of. All in all it was a 10 out of 10 trip. I would also recommend spending $50 and getting a cab to go to Sayulita for a day trip. Great surfing and fun little town. Thanks again Mary!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed for one week in April 2010. When we arrived at the condo we were pleased to see that the photos from the website were accurate - the condo is beautiful! It's spacious and clean, and the appliances are modern and work perfectly. The owner supplied us with a lot of very helpful info not only on the amenities but also on nearby restaurants and entertainment, as well as helpful stuff such as how to get to places and how much to expect to pay. It was so helpful to have that info- it made our trip a lot more relaxing to have those tips and info. We recommend the condo to anyone interested in the area. If you're going there, we recommend trying the restaurant "El Bruho". It's in the old city of PV but worth the cab fare. Its a 10 min walk to the Malecon from there. For clubs - we had a blast at Mandala.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

My daughter and I have just returned from Nuevo Vallarta and this exceptional property at Villa Magna. We enjoyed our vacation very much and would recommend this property to everyone. The unit is exactly as described and very comfortably furnished. The property is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We took a taxi to Bucerias and had a wonderful Italian dinner at Toscana Mia as you recommended. We will definatley be returning, hopefullly in the near future. Thanks again Mary for all the help you provided as well as the opportunity to stay in your condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We have just returned from Mexico after spending 10 wonderful weeks staying in Mary's condo at Villa Magna. The condo is beautiful and contains everything you need to make you feel at home. We stayed at this Villa Magna condo during our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta to attend a wedding. The overall comfort of this unit was far beyond our expectations. The grounds are superbly maintained, the unit is well furnished and the view was excellent! Being situated right on the Villa Magna Resort complex, and accessible to all of the amenities of the resort, compounded the enjoyment of our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed Villa Magna - the spacious condo is beautifully decorated in a modern Mexican theme. Access to the beach is fantastic and the peace and quiet are hard to beat. The view from the condo defies description. Nuevo Vallarta is so much cleaner than the old PV. The unit is very well equipped, making our stay most comfortable. We are Americans living in Mexico and while hosting children and grandchildren for Christmas in Puerto Vallarta we opted to have our own getaway from busy noisy children. We rented Mary's condo for the week and thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness. But the best was the details of how Mary has furnished it. The bed, pillows, bed and bath linens are fabulous, the kitchen is well stocked and it has plenty of room to accommodate us. We live in Mexico near Guadalajara after 15 years with a vineyard in Sonoma Ca. and now get to Puerto Vallarta often. This condo is one of the best we have stayed at, with its great bed and bedding,it is beautifully appointed and stocked with all the things you will need. About the owner: I have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for years and plan to eventually retire and spend my winters here. The weather in the winter is perfect and it is a great place to sail, fish and enjoy the ocean. The Vallarta Yacht Club and Paradise Marina is one mile from the condo. I am very active in the San Francisco Bay sailing community and enjoy sailing in the Banderas Bay Regatta each March in Puerto Vallarta. The sailing is fantastic in Banderas Bay and the sea life (whales, mantas, turtles, dolphins, etc.) is extraordinary. Puerto Vallarta is the jewel of the Mexican Pacific Coast. No other Mexican resort area can match it's Spanish charm, scenery, amenities and quality restaurants. I have visited all the other major Mexico resort cities and really believe that Puerto Vallarta is the best of them all. There are many wonderful day trips you can take to the nearby Mexican Riviera Nayarit coastal villages including Punta de Mita, Sayulito, San Francisco (San Pablo), San Blas and Yelapa to name a few.
