- Air Conditioning : Very few accommodations on Block Island have A/C. 1 hotel has limited a/c(suites) because electric rates are highest in country and most buildings were built over 50 years ago

- Off Street Parking : parking is supplied behind the building. Downtown Block Island is extremely limited for parking and parking tickets are common. You have no worries!

We have traveled and lived in many places around the World and Block Island's beaches are some of the best we have seen. Great shopping is right outside your door-234 Water Gallery and Gift is an award-winning shop in the same building and the supplier of the beautiful home furnishings found in Suite Dreams Block Island.
