- Air Conditioning: Very few accommodations on Block Island have A/C. 1 hotel has limited a/c(suites) because electric rates are highest in country and most buildings were built over 50 years ago
- Linens Provided: We provide daily maid service. Gourmet coffee is supplied daily as well as ice and coolers if requested.
- Off Street Parking: parking is supplied behind the building. Downtown Block Island is extremely limited for parking and parking tickets are common. You have no worries!
