Totally remodeled Indies 2 bedroom condo with BRAND NEW carpet in each bedroom and florida tile in the den which was recently installed! Our condo was nice before but these changes have made it absolutely AMAZING!!!

Are you tired of spending your entire vacation stuck in traffic, waiting on elevators, or walking hundreds of yards to the beach? If the answer is YES this newly remodeled Indies Condominium is your ticket to the vacation of your dreams! Nestled in the Dunes Subdivision of Fort Morgan, the Indies Condominium complex rises to the occasion with amenities galore.
This first floor unit allows direct unit and pool access from your balcony so you will never have to wait on an elevator again. And don't forget a gas-powered golf cart is provided exclusively to each renter to take your family and gear directly to the unspoiled beaches that are Fort Morgan.
The Indies amenities include a 360 degree roof-top terrace for sunbathing or enjoying a relaxing sunset, a heated, saltwater pool with cascading waterfalls, HUGE 12-15 person hot tub that was constructed in March 2013, workout room, and a business center equipped with two Dell computers and DSL connection. Our unit also has WIFI for personal laptop/smart phone use. The unit was professionally decorated by Norwalk and includes all the comforts of home - granite countertops, florida tile den, kitchen, & baths, and washer and dryer just to name a few. There are televisions in every room with the twin room and den also having DVD/VHS players.
The Gulf Shores Marina is directly across the street so the unit is ideal for the boating/jet-skiing family. The marina houses Tacky Jacks 2 restaurant, and Tequila Bay, The Beach Club restaurants, and Behind the Pines Grill are just minutes away. Fort Morgan has two pristine golf courses: Kiva Dunes and The Peninsula, which are both open to the public.

I can't say enough words about our time in this condo. The area is private, safe & beautiful. The condo was clean, convenient & had all the amenities of home. The 1st floor access to the pool was nice. The use of the golf cart was handy. We will definitely be back to stay in this condo. We fell in love with Fort Morgan & the serenity of the location!!!! The safety & family environment was amazing. Very quet & safe. We didn't want to leave & can't wait to get back! Thank you for a flawless process & amazing vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

My family truly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was my son's and mother-in-law's first time to the beach. The serenity and landscapes was breathtaking. The condo was perfect for my family and we could have had 2 more people to come and would have slept comfortably. The owner's of this condo was A1; they were very nice and were easy to work with on renting their beautiful condo. While there our favorite things to do was to wake up in the morning and look out over the pool with the beach in the background and to take the golf cart to the beach. Another plus was that the condo is on the first floor which made loading and unloading easy. Would also be great for wheelchair or disable individuals. Looking forward to our next trip.....oil or no oil. WE LOVED IT!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

I just returned from using this condo from Thur May 13 thru 17 for the Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores. There was NO sign of oil anywhere in the water or on the beach and the view was unspoiled. The condo was so welcoming and comfortable - bigger inside than what the pictures seem to show. Very very fun to take the golf cart for a spin down to the beach or just around the property. These renters are super easy to deal with as well, simple instructions with minimal clean up when it was time to go.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
