Located in the beautiful low country of coastal South Carolina, this Litchfield waterfront home is bounded in the front by marsh and creeks and in the back by a beautiful canal. Our house is a two level, five bedroom, three bath house with wide full length porches in both the front and back of the house. Sip your morning coffee rocking on the front porch enjoying the cool morning breezes and greeting the pedestrian traffic as they walk the road along the marsh.
Spend your afternoon on beautiful Litchfield Beach just five minutes walk (two blocks) from your front door. Return for sunset cocktails on the dock just off your back door or rock on the back porch enjoying the serene water views. This wonderful waterfront home is close to beautiful golf courses that number too many to count. You can play golf for a month and never play the same course twice. There are wonderful seafood restaurants within minutes of your vacation home, including upscale dining in Pawley's Island, fabulous casual dining at Litchfield Beach and of course the grandaddy of them all, Murrel's Inlet, the seafood capital of South Carolina. This quaint fishing village boasts over 60 restaurants! If summer is not your favorite time at the beach, there is no better place to spend a week or two than the spring or fall of the year. The breezes are a bit cooler and the crowds are gone, but the quiet waterfront solitude offers relaxation that just can't be experienced any other time at the beach. The spring and the fall are definately my favorite time at the beach. This house is well appointed with comfortable furniture, new bedding, updated kitchen, and all the amenities to make your stay on the South Carolina coast a memorable one that will make you want to return year after year. |
