Our Presidential Villa is an exclusive, spacious Solana resort-style community. It is one of the Disney-Orlando areas newest resort communities that was completed in early 2006 and is now fully open and operational. Situated only minutes from Disney and near to all the Central Florida theme parks and attractions, it is the ideal location for a Florida vacation. This home is decorated to make you feel relaxed in a spacious and luxurious setting.

Solana Resort is served by a state of the art clubhouse offering a range of amenities you would expect from a top-rated hotel so you can have all the benefits of a resort vacation plus the space, privacy and convenience of a private villa rental home. The Club House is conveniently located just next to the villa. It provides high speed internet access with a room filled with various terminals for easy access.

Everyone would want to stop and check out all the amenitites Solana Club House has to offer. They have a fully equipped exercise room, video arcades for kids of all ages, olympic size beautiful swimming pool, that's heated when the weather is cold, jacuzzi, putting green area, soft-sand volleyball court, soccer area, playground, picnic area and a sundry shop in the reception area if you need a snack.

The Presidential Villa at Solana Resort is a beautiful, spacious 6 bedroom, five and a half bathroom that sleeps up to 14 guests. The sleeping accommodation at the Presidenial Villa includes 6 master bedroom suites that consists of 3 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, 6 twin-size beds, dressers, nightstands with lamps, telephone, radio/alarm, TV in every bedroom, walk-in closets and each bedroom has a spacious full bathroom. The master bedroom downstairs has a roman tub with a walk-in shower.

The spacious family room has a comfortable sofa and love seat, with an entertainment center, and a 55 inch cable ready HD-TV and DVD player. The family room overlooks the relaxing 30 foot pool w/spa. There is a private raised spa connected to the pool where you and your family can relax and sunbathe in the warm Florida sunshine.

For your peace of mind the pool deck is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young children and all doors leading to the deck area have additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

The villa is spacious enough for the largest of families (or two families) accommodating up to fourteen people comfortably in its six bedrooms. We welcome you to experience a beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated home on your vacation.
