Casa Paloma has 2 master bedroom suites. The master suite has a king size bed and slider doors that lead out to the lanai. This suite features its own private bath with a soaking tub, separate large shower and a walk in closet. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own private bath that features a tub/shower and a large double closet for your belongings. Both remaining bedrooms have 2 twin-size beds, dressers, nightstands with lamps, telephone, radio/alarm in each. The dining room features seating for six and the eat-in kitchen has counter seating for three. The living room features a plush couch and loveseat that offers seating for five. For your convenience we provide a Pack n Play, portable high chair, 2 bed rails and our pool has a child safety fence between the water and the doors!
The spacious family room has a comfortable sofa and love seat, with a 52" Big Screen TV and DVD player. In addition you will find a Sony Playstation2, a VCR, and a full size Washer & Dryer. The family room overlooks the relaxing private pool which measures 26 feet x 12 feet and is fully screened with ample seating. We also have a game room with a pool table, air hockey, and a foosball table.
There is a private raised spa connected to the pool where you and your family can relax and sunbathe in the warm Florida sunshine. We have extended our pool deck so that you have room to sun and play without fear of falling into the pool! Lots of room to play here. Our lanai is professionally landscaped for tropical beauty and privacy. Swim, play and eat without being overlooked. Lazing by the pool on large loungers listening to the children's laughter, excited faces splashing around in the pool. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Paloma very much... I was disappointed in the landscaping at first, but within days a crew was out working hard to improve the overall look of the Aviana community. Bonnie (your house manager) was very attentive to our needs, and went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable by bringing us some extra chairs for the patio that she had at home. I highly recommend your place to stay because of all the attractions so near by, but not so close you have traffic problems. I enjoyed watching the train go by at top speed.. my grand kids loved the pool and pool table, and their own bedroom TV's ... Hope to go to Casa Paloma again !!! ALSO.. there's so much info on local and area attractions at the clubhouse (with great coupons too !!! )

Normally, you can somewhat expect that things aren't going to appear as great in person as they do in pictures. This house was even better than how it looks in the pictures. Myself, my husband, my two sons, my parents and my sister and her two sons stayed in this house over the fourth of July and we all loved it. The house is very clean and very spacious. It is close to Disney, which my only regret is that we didn't spend more time enjoying the house. Taking 4 small children to Disney World (4 parks in 2 days) was EXTREMELY exhausting. I think the children enjoyed swimming at the hosue as much as they did going to "Mickey's house". And the only problem we experienced with the house was that due to unavoidable circumstances, the house wasn't ready at 4:00 pm when we got there. We had to wait another hour and 15 minutes. But we did get to meet the property manager. She was extremely nice and was eager to help us to have a wonderful vacation. So we let the kids play at the clubhouse park while we waited. Since it was an 8 hour trip from where we live and the children were more than ready to get out of the car. But we loved our stay and plan to go back to this house in the future.

My family and friends stayed at this wonderful home for almost a week and it was great. It was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very nice. It is close to the main attractions and also close to a supermarket and convience store. All in all we had a great time relaxing in this big beautiful home. It was a pleasure doing business with the owner. Very fast responses and everything was taken care of before our arrival. I would recomend the home to all my friends and family and will love to rent it out again in the future!! Thanks again!!

To the Owners of this Property: My family and I spent one week in this home and it was just beautiful. My daughter-in-law was blown away with it. I can't remember how many mornings when she woke up and walked into the living room said "I just love this house"!! The home was very clean and well stocked with towels and appliances in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was most comfortable and, in hind sight, we should have spent two weeks in the house instead of moving to another location on the Gulf of Mexico. Unfortunately, the pool was not working so we could not take advantage of it. My grandchildren were a little disappointed but the weather was not quite pool weather so it really didn't affect our vacation. As a result our fee for the pool was completely reimbursed. The neighborhood was very quiet and most welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to my friends or family, and hope one day to perhaps rent it again. We had a great time in Florida and your house worked out perfectly. One thing to change or make more clear in the instructions is that the gate into the community needs a # sign in front of the ---- code. Other than that small issue, we had no complaints and truly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks! Karen

We just got back from spending 11 wonderful days in your vacation rental. We all had fun in the pool and relaxed after visiting the theme parks. The house was beautiful and clean. Two suggestions: 1. Need to leave a few more of the pantry basics (ex. sugar for coffee, paper towels, toilet paper) 2. one or two pool floats or pool games. If we can afford to go away again next year. I would definitely like to use it again.

Thanks for a great week at your home. All of the amenities for kids were great since my 1 year old Grandaughter was with us. The owner and staff were very accomodating when we had any questions. The facilities at Aviana were great, and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The pool and jaccuzi were great and the kids had a ball! I would definitely visit this home again in the future!

We rented Casa Paloma for the holidays, I was surprised to see how beautiful, clean and decorated Casa Paloma was. I felt so at home, it is the perfect place to rent if you need to relax, it is in an area that is so quiet and peaceful,children friendly, but yet close enough drive to every attraction. My older son spent so much time in the pool that we had a hard time going any where!
