Enjoy year round fun in the sun for the entire family in our Casa Paloma 4BR/3BA home built in 2007. We feature 2 master suites, a heated pool/spa and a game room w/pool table and foosball in the garage.

Casa Paloma sits within an oasis of swaying palms, with rich green foliage and exotic flowers in one of the newest resorts in the area. The Aviana Resort offers a gated community within an easy drive of Disney and the facilities of a top class resort. At the luxury clubhouse you will find full club house facilities, an Internet Café, a 24 hour fitness center, a games arcade, a huge pool, a large jacuzzi, volley ball courts, a putting green, a children's play area and a fully stocked fishing lake.

Casa Paloma has 2 master bedroom suites. The master suite has a king size bed and slider doors that lead out to the lanai. This suite features its own private bath with a soaking tub, separate large shower and a walk in closet. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own private bath that features a tub/shower and a large double closet for your belongings. Both remaining bedrooms have 2 twin-size beds, dressers, nightstands with lamps, telephone, radio/alarm in each. The dining room features seating for six and the eat-in kitchen has counter seating for three. The living room features a plush couch and loveseat that offers seating for five. For your convenience we provide a Pack n Play, portable high chair, 2 bed rails and our pool has a child safety fence between the water and the doors!

The spacious family room has a comfortable sofa and love seat, with a 52" Big Screen TV and DVD player. In addition you will find a Sony Playstation2, a VCR, and a full size Washer & Dryer. The family room overlooks the relaxing private heated pool which measures 26 feet x 12 feet and is fully screened with ample seating. We also have a game room with a pool table, air hockey, and a foosball table.

There is a private raised spa connected to the pool where you and your family can relax and sunbathe in the warm Florida sunshine. We have extended our pool deck so that you have room to sun and play without fear of falling into the pool! Lots of room to play here. Our lanai is professionally landscaped for tropical beauty and privacy. Swim, play and eat without being overlooked. Lazing by the pool on large loungers listening to the children's laughter, excited faces splashing around in the pool. Maybe you are sipping a cool drink in the spa at night looking onto the illuminated pool, plastic tableware provided for your outdoor dining experience, BBQ sizzling away.   • Thanks for a great week at your home. All of the amenities for kids were great since my 1 year old Grandaughter was with us. The owner and staff were very accomodating when we had any questions. The facilities at Aviana were great, and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The pool and jaccuzi were great and the kids had a ball! I would definitely visit this home again in the future!

  • We rented Casa Paloma for the holidays, I was surprised to see how beautiful, clean and decorated Casa Paloma was. I felt so at home, it is the perfect place to rent if you need to relax, it is in an area that is so quiet and peaceful,children friendly, but yet close enough drive to every attraction.   • We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The house was clean and updated. All of the baby things were very handy for us, since we brought along our 6 month old daughter. It was a nice surprise to have the protable crib, pack-n-play, and high chair. Having a grill was really useful as well, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The only recommendation that I would have to improve the house is to maybe supply the kitchen with general necessities such as aluminum foil, and cooking spray, etc. We will definitely come back and stay at Casa Paloma next time we are in the area! This house was extremely nice and a comfortable place to stay (especially when compared to a cramped hotel). It was an easy drive to all the parks, and my daughter keeps asking to go back to her "new house." I would recommend this home and this rental service to anyone. Thanks!

  • The stay at this home was great. This was our second booking with MSR, our first being in N Miami Beach. I was very please with the home and décor. My husband and I came for a getaway from the kids, but we couldn’t help but think that we need to come back with the kids and grandparents and take the family to Disneyworld and the other parks Oralndo has to offer. It is only about a 15 minute drive from Disney and we drove to the East Coast near the Space Center and it only took an hour! We needed help with the WIFI and the owner answered the phone straight away and helped us out. Everything was great! I will book here next time we decide to come to the Orlando area, it is a much better value than any hotel!

The location was great! We visited beaches on both sides of the state, the Lakeland area and the Orlando area. One thing that might be helpful would be a local phone book, or restaurant guide and maps for the area. We were thrilled that the club house opened for use while we were there.
