This is a newer, 1st floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located on the Gulf side. It is a short walk to the beach, one-half block! All the amenities you need in a condo are included. Some of the wonderful features are granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 10' ceilings, and is professionally decorated. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs, with a large TV in the family room for great sports or movie watching.
The couch provides additional sleeping with a generous queen size bed. This condominium boasts a beautiful full size kitchen with 4 place settings at the counter in addition to a full size table and chairs. Down the hall is the washer and dryer. There is also beautiful ceramic tile throughout. A gated swimming pool is just outside the back door with both patio and grassy areas. There are also external showers to rinse off chlorine and sand.
With a mid-island location, our condo is centrally located to restaurants, nightlife, sports, entertainment and shopping. Everything you would need for a terrific and relaxing vacation in South Padre can be found right here!

We had more than enough room. Very clean. I felt safe. Right around the corner from the beach. More than enough restuarants and sites to see within driving or walking distance. The island was great! Had two good friends and my son wiht me. We all fit into this condo with extra room to relax!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was excellent. It was very clean, well maintained, spacious, well equipped and the location was great - block from the beach and block from all the shops and restraunts. Will definitely return in the future and recommend to others.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
