Wow!! Just renovated with new kitchen with granite counters, new master bath with granite and pretty tile work, updated secondary bath. New paint, tile floors. Everything is very fresh. This lovely updated condominium is located directly on the oceanfront and is on the top floor of a four-story building. The building has elevator access and luggage carts for ease in checking in and out. Enjoy the ocean view and hear the waves crashing. There is a deck to enjoy the views outside. There are no buildings between you and the surf.
This condo features two bedrooms and two full baths, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the other bedroom is furnished with twin beds. Pets are not allowed and this is a no smoking unit. This property is located in the popular Forest Beach area and is within walking distance of many restaurants. Access to the miles of paved bike and walking paths is right across the street as well.
Hilton Head is the home of dozens of championship golf courses and this condo has access to tennis courts onsite. There is an oceanside pool on site with refreshment stand. Numerous fishing, boating, beachcombing, swimming, parasailing, canoeing, and sightseeing opportunities abound. Historic Savannah, Georgia is only an hour away. Excellent restaurants are abundant on Hilton Head Island.
The condo does have a full kitchen and outdoor grills are located at the resort by the beach and pool. The condo has been recently updated with new paint,wallpaper, and ceramic tile. There are two TVs in the unit and a VCR. The full kitchen is well equipped with stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and disposal. All pots, pans, dishes, and flatware are provided as well as all linens. There are coin-operated laundry facilities just down the hall.
This is a great place for a quiet, relaxing get-away or action packed vacation. Hilton Head has something to offer everyone.

As I was ill we got a late spring start. This was the best rehab for me and my bad back last year. Relaxing, soaking in the pool, watching the stars into late in the night!! By the time we left this great place I was @ 80% capacity. Still walked the beach,(a little slower!) went to savannah for a day. Can't wait for April to get here!! This will be our 8th year!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

on the beach- forth floor- beach view both left and right- room was clean and comfortable - air conditioners worked well - owner was great to deal with - we hope to go back next yearRecommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The decor is very cheerful and the view was nice. The location allows you to walk to Coligny and the Tiki Hut so that was great. Bike rentals are within walking distance also. We would stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We just got home from spending a week in this condo. Fantastic. The weather was just right up until we left. We went to Harbor Town, Savannah, and still went into town to watch our Detroit Redwing playoffs. Friends of our were at the Carolina. So the guys also golfed on and off the island. There were three of us. My husband, his sister and I. Not too crowded at all. The place is very well kept and I would return given the chance. Thanks, BarbaraDid you find this review helpful?
