Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with living/dining; full kitchen; laundry room; upstairs loft; den; cable/satellite TV, 650sq foot patio + 2 small interior patios. Tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and eclectic art, music, movie, and book libraries.

Located in a typical Mexican neighborhood in the center of Ajijic Village, behind Farmacias Guadalajara.

3 minute walk to the Plaza, and Wednesday outdoor market; 24hr pharmacy and bus stop around the corner; and close to the Lake Chapala Society; many restaurants, from taco stands to gourmet; and a variety of art galleries, antique and gift shops, boutiques and more.

We are on the northwest side of the lake. The international airport is a 30 minute drive, with Guadalajara about 20 minutes farther north from the airport. The artisan centers of Tlaquepaque and Tonala are part of the metropolitan Guadalajara area.
