This is a brand new (2006) 2 BR/BA condo in the Opal is one block from Dewey Beach and 15 minute walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk. Stay in this professional interior decorated condominium, with NEW furniture, 2 queen beds, and a queen pull out sofa that sleeps 6. This is a immaculate, non-smoking beach condo, which is the only PENTHOUSE level unit in the Opal that is available for rent. Enjoy the open layout with french door views of the Atlantic Ocean, Rehoboth Bay, and the building's private pool with gas grill.
Also, take advantage of the magnificent kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances including coffee pot, toaster, and blender. Martha Stewart sheets/towels and a washer/dryer are provided at no extra charge. The 42 inch HDTV with Comcast HD, wireless high-speed internet, and ipod speakers allows for every technology of home. Two covered parking spots are provided for guests usage.

Why the Owner Chose Dewey Beach
Why We Prefer Not To Have Rentals Start/end on a Saturday:
We rent both by weekends and weekly and both are popular. However, if we have a rental end on a Saturday, it makes that Saturday difficult to rent by the weekend. So to try to prevent vacant Saturday nights, we try to accept weekly rentals starting on any other day of the week besides Saturday. To complicate matters further, our cleaning service is usually booked with another customer on Saturdays. We know our cleaning service is great since we also use our condo and we really like having the piece of mind to know our condo will always be clean for both us and our guests.
